Blows my mind that the title of this video is for heavy duty application but numerous people with vehicles not even in half ton category are asking if these shocks are for them. Like ?

I'm a Toyota MDT and I've used Gabriel for years in all my vehicles, specifically the Ultra line. I like the "variable" rebound feature. OEM quality over easy bumps, etc and "tightens" up over quick suspension movement. They are a great product at a great price.

I might be wrong, but now I am thinking whether I did a right purchase. I purchased Gabriel Proguard 4 shocks for my Jeep TJ. Should come over next week. On the second minute of the video you pointed that it should be replaced every 80.000km. In fact, my old KYB Gas-A-Just I am replacing now worked well for over than 200.000km. But Gas-A-Just from KYB is not the Heavy Duty shocks VS Gabriel Proguard, which is HD. Does it mean that the KYB products are way higher grade than Gabriel brand?

Hey bro thanks for the video. Was looking at KYB or Gabriel's for my 2009 Hyundai Santa Fe 3.3lv6 AWD Gls. I was impressed with Gabriel's videos I have watched. KYB OR Gabriel's maybe you could tell me why. I know of the Gurardian, pro Guard, Ultra's, and Monomax. I know anything would be better than the old ones. One question I had was what happens if a I put a Monomax on my ride?. I was impressed with the Ultra, and choosing is complex for me, because I like a smooth ride, but don't mind a rugged ride either. OE original handling or ride sounds good, but so does better handling. Driving people around family friends...and being an UBER EATS drive I need soemthing that takes a huge betating as to min six hours of driving a day in all city terrains. Tons of pot holes in this city tons...so I can drive aggressive which I am not at the moment due compent replacement needs so and Old lady is how i drive until I get my new suspension parts. So ultra's were looking good to me, what happens when you put a heavy duty shock on a vehicle, would it just give a rough ride, and be indistructable long lasting? lol that s the only thing that comes to mind is the heavier the strut or shock the rougher the ride. I am looking for something OE replacable, but also goes above OE for handling and performance, then I got tripped up on the mono max after thinking of our roads. So maybe you can tell what is suiteable and what is over kill and why something might be over kill. cheers bro for making it through this novel.

Interesting to see most of the comments from 4 wheeler drivers who didn't have the mental capacity to realize this distributor only handles big truck parts. I'm always shocked and amazed at how you can take an ordinarily reasonable and intelligent person and turn them into a complete %&#*ing idiot simply by placing them behind the steering wheel of a car or light truck. Otherwise, great video.
