Hey, awesome video! I followed your directions and was able to get the metra to work with the stock nav unit in my 2003 G35. I used #8 bolts for the top, and three of the #8 nuts as the spacer worked out just right. I put in a double DIN pioneer head unit, and it was a tight fit getting the original metal bracket and the double DIN adapter all to fit properly, but watching you do it a couple times helped me get through the process. Thanks much for putting this video out there, you win the internet!

I noticed you did not plug the a/c control, thats my problem now, i cant figure out the way to plug the a/c control... Its driving me nuts!!!!

Hey Bob any pictures of the AC plug the 10 pin black to 12 white ends trying to custom fit a metra climate control panel but when ibough it came with no harness. Thanks any help is appreciated.

How is the quality of the factory nav unit? My G35 I just got has a pocket. How are the should I hunt down and OEM nav? Or just go aftermarket??

Its not possible to change the AC buttons from the original dash to the metra one?, they looks that have the same placement

Did u ever find the climate wiring harness or diagram?

Were you able to maintain the factory navigation? if so how? Everyone online insists you must use the JDM double DIN kit to do so. I have the METRA Turbo 2 and seems i lost dual control A/C as well :(

is your interior tan? i ordered the tan kit and it doesnt match very well looks closer to your color
