So! Absolutely brilliant. Hooked up the g3 for the first time today. It’s everything I thought it could do and so much more. Like so much more. I am running my drives in front of the amp. Then running two different fx loops into dual zuul’s noise gates before running all of my effects through the fx loop. Programing midi is ridiculous easy! Just from the hardware side of plugging things in. Y’all thought of it all! The pair stereo loops is such a phenomenal solution via the 4 cable method. I’m astonished that I can run dry/dry, wet/dry, wet/wet and so much more. Hm2 one amp while rat in the next. Or my personal favorite, the amps gain blended in anyway I can think of… Like seriously. Let me buy y’all a round for such insightful engineering. Truly y’all built a masterpiece.

Amazing. I want one for sure. Can the g3 take a line level input say from my synth or mixing desk? or would I need to reamp the signal first?

I want one too!!!! The only thing missing for my lazy memory would be editable little displays at the foot switches to name the presents/stomp boxes... Maybe nice wish for the G4... I want one for sure!!! Amazing! I can't wait since all my pedals have midi! 😃

Hi Dan, just wondering if 6/7 parallel drive loops would be possible with G3? Great to see the new system!

Congrats Dan! How do you connect the G3 to the Atom? Once connected, can you reorder/parallel loops across switchers or only within each switcher? Also is it still the case that loops added with remote loopy 2 on the input signal can not be reordered?

Can you adjust pre and post levels for every loop, just global? If anyone knows. Let me know. Cheers. I know about the global in/out gain is there. I mean to lower the output level of a send say loop 2

Hi Dan, Love my G2! But the parallel capability is sorely tempting. Will the G3 run wet/dry without a splitter/humdinger outboard...?

We haven’t built this into the software yet but there are two mixes on the outputs, should be an easy software upgrade

I have an ES-5 but this G3 looks bigger and easier to program maybe? It's impressive.

Hi Dan ,. I would love to have this but I have 1 questions - do we have diffrent Bpm every preset that we want it to? Let say , preset 1: drive and delay set to 75bpm and preset 2 : drive and delay set to 60bpm ? Does it possible?? .. I am sorry , i am new to this midi switcher's world . Thank you 🙏🙏.

Hi Adrian, yes, as long as the midi in the delay can use midi clock, you can set the midi clock per preset in G3

@ Dan I know I’m about 11 months late as this video is almost a year old now but what would be involved in becoming a pedal board building partner as I’ve recently left my day job and started working part time from home in my own workshop!

Is this a good place to ask technical questions or best to just email support?

so i run a wet/dry in the same way you guys do. if i wanted my wet signal to just have parallel i will still want to use my humdinger along with g3 correct? so humdinger will be after all my dry and send that signal to dry amp. then with internal mixer on g3 i can do parallel of say delay and reverb and join back together to go to single output of g3 which will be my wet(moist) amp? or can you do all that within g3? im assuming you would need 3 mixers to do that?

You don’t need a HumDinger to run Wet/Dry with G3. You can route the signal internally 🤓👍

Any news on the app?

Why does the G3 Atom have individual stereo option on all 6 loops, while the full sized G3 has 12 loops but can only be stereo when paired? So only 6 stereos in total. Why didn't you just make the full size G3 like the G3 Atom where all 12 loops can be stereo w/ TSA cables instead of pairing them up? Because of this simple spec but very essential to me, I'm considering using two G3 Atom instead of the full-sized G3 where it's almost perfect except for the stereo options. Just because of this, I'm considering the RJM PBC10 w/ 10 loops. 4 of the loops can be used as stereo with TSA no need to pair them up. Really, Dan. Can you confirm this for me? Do you really need to pair up the loops for stereo on the full sized G3? Why not just make them individually available for stereo by using TSA cable like the G3 Atom & RJM PBC10? With your choice of spec for the G3, it means the 12 loops will be used up so fast if you have multiple stereo pedals.
