SO happy to see so many actual PEOPLE working on the guns! Makes me want to learn Swedish and move there to date that blonde, too.
I'm impressed at how clean and spotless the whole operation is, unlike most gun manufacturing facilities that I've been in.

FX = World Class Products!
Good design+modern equipment+happy workforce+pleasant working environment=excellent products.
Took me two years to be able to afford my Impact and two more to pay it off, absolutely the best decision I’ve ever made in PCP. I watched and told my wife these people put together my airgun. I will have another one day! Thank you all in the pride you take in your craftsmanship.
9:25 female hand model, she has such pretty hands. The factory is impressive, the work environment doesn't seemed rushed or chaotic. The workers seem happy and enjoying the work. The management doesn't seem oppressive and disgruntled. The quality and precision of the equipment seems to be the main goal above sheer work output or speed. No one is rushing, taking care they do a good job at their stations. Would have liked to have a tour of the design department. Thanks for the tour!!

This is the kind of thing that makes me proud to be a swede. Attention to detail and quality is second to none. Absolutley gorgeus

OMG. I am blown away. But I do have to put myself in their place. Sticking a camera in my face all day would get old. Thank you to all you guys for allowing us to see what you guys do. If i can save up 2000 US dollars. I will buy one of your guns.
Wow. No wonder they're so expensive. Amazing technology. Amazingly clean and modern shop. Healthy, happy employees. Crazy beautiful machining. I will have one one day. I must have.
I'm sold! Not only an extraordinary process but sounds like a great company to work for too. Massages?! Hello, yeah that company knows what it's about!
I like shooting FX airguns! Thanks for giving us an inside look at your nice workplace/facility. Nice to see where my gun came from and all the workers who made it.
The key to successful products are happy healthy employees. Pretty simple math. Proud to be 🇸🇪 Viking.
“WOW” there are no words I thought I worked in a world class facility until I seen yours. Just WOW thanks for sharing this.
Really impressive facility. Looks like they are manufacturing medical grade equipment. Everything is so clean and orderly. I was really glad to see the man straightening out the liners and getting them perfect!
AMAZING THANK FOR THE TOUR 🇬🇧✌🏼🤩
Great film. Proud to be a Swede!
Upon further watching the folks at this site. I've worked as a mechanical designer for 30 plus years. I'd sell my home, and move there to work at such a great place. Where it seems everyone gets along, takes pride in their work and cranks out a first rate product. I so wish I was earlier in my career to work at such an amazing place.

What an awesome company to work for! Seems like they really take care of their employees not to mention the beautiful products they produce.
How wonderful, it's a consumer dream, to acquire an FX Impact! Congratulations Steve, great video.
Makes me proud being Swedish 👍 And probably quite informative for out-of-Sweden viewers. Typical "at work culture" in Sweden, and if you noticed, nobody's called "Sir". Fredrik Axelsson (Owner/Founder) is called "Fredrik". That part is quite fun explaining to my US friends 😊

It is not bad. I however several times looked for a job in aerospace sector, that most often 1 up other things in regard to quality. But never got those jobs even if i am well qualified. I am / was ( cuz i am retired now ) so tired of working for / with idiots. Mind you FX assembled my Maverick with " never come apart" thread lock, in places where it are supposed to come apart, that cost me the factory transfer port when i put in a dual port,,,,, CUZ i had to use that much force,,,,, and heat it up way more than i liked to do ( am familiar with working with thread lock ) AND my cocking lever,,,, just snapped off PS: i can understand FX use ABB cobots, but really they should have gotten burly Danish made Universal robots.

I have the FX Wildcat .25 and have been very pleased with everything about it. I had NO idea how much work was involved with the process of making and assembly of these guns. I notice how most stations have their own measuring devices for accuracy. This is a manufacture that I would invest in. I like the way they make sure their people are happy and treated well.

Nice balance of robotics/automation and human assembly.
Very impressive to see this operation in my old home town. I had my first evening and weekend job in the same building as the FX offices back in the early 90's but back then it was a computer data backup company housed there.
Fantastic! Great video of the factory. Nice up close shots of the employees and the machinery. Now people get to see why their toys cost as much as they do. Worth every penny.
That was a great video of FX Airguns factory. Their business has grown way bigger than I expected. Having my own CNC business I appreciate the quality of my own Impact.
I feel like a kid that got the golden ticket into Wonka's factory. Thanks for this GREAT video!
Thanks, really enjoyed the tour 👌🇸🇪🔫😁
What a cool 😎 place to work.. The 🇸🇪 are cool people.. Amazing factory and facilities.. Lots of lovely girls there 😂😄
I’m amazed at how it seems everyone knows English at least to the point they can communicate we Americans can barely even speak English ourselves sometimes
Thank you for an amazing tour and insight. Love seeing the many folks that had a part in producing my Impact M3. A lot of dedicated employees that appear to be content with their job and proud to be an integral cog in the machine. Kudos to all.
Super impressive operation, now that i have seen their operating procedures and high level of craftsmanship i now know why my M3 never ceases to amaze me, thanks for the tour Steve! Great job to you and everyone at FX Airguns!
Exceptional! Thank you for the video.
Wish i can be an employee there...workmanship n the atmosphere of wana wrk there s tooo good...
Wow! Pretty girls. This must be sweden😁🥰
Thank you so much! These people look like they enjoy what they do and take pride in their work, which is much needed in the US. I think I will be looking into purchasing one of these pellet guns.
Nice to see Matt popping up in the vid 👍 Content creators like yourselves are real "Spokesmen" for the rest of us enthusiasts 👍
What an operation! I am thoroughly impressed.
That's why I own three FX Impacts. Top notch quality, attention to detail, and staying in front of innovation. Just like the new Panthera. I used to work in an Aerospace Machine shop that was spotless like the FX Facility. The Aerospace manufacture that I work for now, can't say that about the shop floor there. Thankfully I work in the front office in Supply Chain. People can hate on FX all they want, but they put out a quality product, and nothing is ever perfect, and without imperfections, but they have pride in their products, and it shows just with Steve's tour of the facility for a second time. I have other airguns, but my Impacts are the most accurate out of my collection. Nice video Steve. and it's nice to see some of the tools used to assemble the airguns, and the processes.

Fascinating Manufacturing Facility. What struck me was how Spotless the place was. I'd love working there.

I think you're probably correct. There's romance in seeing old footage of FORD employees on the line, but then jump ahead to Peavey and they made nearly all their instruments with cnc machines and the result is near perfection. Unfortunately, or not, removing the human element can lead to a better product, but as we see we need both.

Looking forward within a week. God bless you all

Wow, what a cool factory tour. Really impressed!
Wow! They have made many changes since we were there last. Always moving forward👍. That’s cool. The cost of the technology/machines/tooling/building/workers/ect…is why a quality airgun are the cost that they are. High precision quality is not cheap. Thanks Steve. Very cool to be back and see what’s changed.

Wow! They really running a tight ship. Thanks for sharing ,Steve.
When you look at this operation and the quality of the FX line you can understand why these Airguns are so expensive . Being one of the most critical aspects for accuracy it amazes me the barrel straightening is done by human hands .
The Swedes know how to keep employees happy

STEVE !!! This is so great. I love this kind of content. It's always amazing seeing the factories of products I admire, own, or want to own. Alembic Bass, Mesa Boogie, EMG, and other musical legends are near me, and I love that I can visit in minutes. I always wonder if the employees realize how convenient it is if they are into that sort of thing... EDIT : My Gosh, this place is HUGE ! Who would've ever known. I know in reality airgun companies are considered small businesses and there aren't that many world wide, even though we think they are huge like Ford Motor Company, or something...
Amazing manufacturing airgun... I am from Indonesian country. Like airgun FX impact. Quality is the best
very very cool
Excellent video. Amazing facilities and it is impressive that so many FX employees speak English as a second language.
