@@DailyWarbird The Flugwerk Fw-190s were sold with a new-design prop. The prop caused a crash so a correction was needed. Some of the Flugwerks are using the 4-blade Tu-2 prop because it pairs well with the ASh-82 engine. A couple of the Flugwerks are using R-2800 engines and they may have a different propeller setup to work with the R-2800.

I wonder if Russia has any WWII German aircraft in storage or museums?

+@dennispfeifer7788 They have a few. And there are still wrecks to be found in isolated areas. But keep in mind that after WW2 Stalin did not accept Western aid and he rebuilt and modernized the Soviet military at the start of the Cold War. He ordered everything scrapped for raw materials so much of the WW2 relics were scrapped. Today Russia is doing some very good restoration work, and you are starting to see the rebirth of rare Russian warbirds.

@@DailyWarbird Ah Russian engine. I only know of one authentic 801. It was rebuilt by Vintage Radials in Tehachapi, California.

@@lw3918 The Collings Foundation has finished a BMW-powered Fw-190 restoration, but it has not flown yet and they are working on issues.
