He is a genius. With gas prices being what they are, light weight campers are in high demand, but not readily available. There are so many four-cylinder trucks, great gas mileage, but no campers for them.

What I love about the ability to close the tailgate is (1) more security (as he says), (2) the standard backup camera that's built into the truck continues to work normally, and (3) the standard towing set up is still available to be used (stronger and safer than extensions). I wish more manufacturers saw the wisdom of this!

The idea is spectacular and amazing and the best part about this design is that it can be stationary and self sufficient while you can use your truck for other stuff. Incredibly amazing design from every angle and aesthetically pleasing to the eyes. WOW! and the price is on point.

2003, we converted a 1996 Ford CF8000 commercial truck to our concept of an ExpeditionVehicle. We engineered a rear entry with porch. Coming in from the porch, we like the sense of visual and visceral openness, instead of a side entry with the opposite wall immediately closing the space. Another advantage: * we use the existing structure -- maintaining three points of contact -- to enter, instead of a precarious ladder without a rail.

Shoot I don't think i'd leavve the Pod unless I were running out of food and water. As long as I had my loptop because that's where all my books are or carry my hardback books with me. You could set a little television up and hook it to a good antenna so you can keep up with the fnews or watch movies if you get bored. I got some wire baskets a couple of years ago for my Promaster. Best thing ever. Stuff is at your finger tips and you can see what's in them. No more opening cabinet doors and digging thru trying to find stuff. I put "like" items in each. And you can clip and tie things to them as well (Fans, USB cables, etc.). A game changer. And I've never had anything fall out of them. I imagine in a truck camper with them not vertical things could bounce out on a rough road.

Wow, incredible system. Look at that roof and side panels, way more space to attach rails for extra baggage or extrasolar panels that can fold upward if needed. For cold seasons this is the perfect modular system, pick a spot and secure your POD then use your car for mobility. Basically, you could build a complete tiny offline basecamp with extra PODs like a toilet or a Power Generator by getting them in the same car. But then again these large roof side panels are the best for that to build and attach (extend) extra PODs. I love that tiny heater, so well suited. Now we wanna know the price, right? He should mention some specs like how warm it gets while freezing outside.

Awesome stuff love to see it USA made,I know that makes the price higher but from what I’ve seen in different places theses things are built like tanks and for the investment it should outlive the truck it’s on!!(well maybe not a Toyota but still)

As soon as he said porch. I immediately thought oh it'd be great to open the door a take a piss out of at night and sure enough he said that hahaha. One of my many gripes just regular truck shell camping.

Tell this thing wouldn't look AWESOME in a Cybertruck..... I also love the way this review is like a conversation, not a sales pitch.
