Because it still sounds like a good idea. Things like that hood need cleaning and maintenance. That’s just part of life. If you’re too lazy to clean it out once in a while then you’re probably too lazy to build a home on wheels like this in the first place. Or just go without the vent. Clothes and bedding that smell like cheeseburgers might be okay. Let us know.

The only change I would make is to the curtain in front. I like to have a cockpit curtain that you can pull around by the windshield for privacy. That way, you can use the front seats for storing your clothes when you go to bed. It also creates a larger visual interior. The hot tub? Well, that was pure genius!

Exceptional. Both asthetically and functionality wise. Love the choice of fridge. Doubles up as a dinette seat and allows for more kitchen bench space. The diagonal shower is clever too. The control nook/ board is very ingenious too. And the choice of flip down tv up there too. Fantastic little cozy home indeed. Congratulations and safe travels you guys!

I'd almost do that at home just to not have to set up a big, expensive hot tub and run electric and there's nothing expensive to replace. It's even cheaper than an inflatable one, which I can see going really poorly.

I have watched probably a thousand conversions, and this is the one I keep coming back to. I love the permanent bed, I love having a bathroom, the kitchen space looks sufficient, and I really want a dining area like that. But I also want something that will have an open floor space for active and playful cats! Vans are awesome, but something like a bus, box truck, or ambulance just seems to give a bit more width and floor space. I might end up copying this layout one day!! 😆 🥰

I'm sure once a person experiences the ease of driving it and staying in it for a weekend would rather have one of these than the hard to drive,(for a girl with no experience driving large vehicles) bus or vans or rvs! makes me want one!
