@ashdavies621, thanks for your comment! You bring up some interesting points about current Russian advancements with the SU-57 and Mig-41. It’s true that the SU-57 boasts advanced tech like lasers and drone wingmen, and the Mig-41 with its Checkmate drone is a noteworthy development. However, the video is focused on exploring future tech in warfare, particularly the innovative concepts and breakthroughs that BAE and other defense contractors are working on. The 7th-gen fighter concept from BAE, along with NASA's work on the supersonic X-59 and the Army’s laser-equipped Strykers, represent significant steps forward in military technology. While Russia's advancements are impressive, the competition in military tech is global and constantly evolving. Each nation contributes to the advancement of defense technology in unique ways, driving the industry forward as a whole. It’s an exciting time for military tech enthusiasts as these innovations unfold! Let's keep the conversation going and see where these developments lead us in the future.

@@entertainbea thank you for your reply; knowing the state of individual countries economical satuations cannot hope to be a solid contribution to the development of a 7th gen plane is absolutly imposible, the west has no ability to do so for a number of resons affordablity and the technical imposibility of know how, in order to have a 7th gen fighter plane machine, is only 7 things new used to call it so, l assume your know them: only Russia and China have those capabilities; right now both these countries have built a 7th gen engines Russia for their passeger plans and China just showed their new engine its a pulse explotion jet that powers its ramjet this has the ability to power a plane to mk 9 per hour; these jet engines made and are being tested last year all made by their own capabilities and making every parts on their own, this engine from China will power their J20 5+ gen which should make the J20 a 7th gen plane, with brand new electronics: when the West is able to produce a working hyposonic engine that would only be the first step BAE and every West cannot build even the point of a hyposonic missile when at its assumed speed; anyhow have a nice day.
