Hey Ohhgee! Love your content, keep it up. However, I wanted to correct two things that mentioned. First, the rep grind is up until honored for the pouch. Second, the pouch healing does in fact scale, just not by a lot!

HoCkEyK1nG it scales a bit on private servers but I think that’s a bug. We’ll have to wait until Classic to see. You're absolutely right about Honored being the rep requirement though - this was a blunder by me. My goal is to provide high quality, accurate information, so thanks for catching me on that

You can start this around LVL 45 in south Felwood. There is another qgiwer who will give you q for killing them, and for their feathers. He will direct you to then north then.

some quality pvp guides on this channel my dude. great stuff. i do have a question about one (i think) addon. the one with enemy healthbars and debuff icons on it. looks so neat and i'm having trouble finding its name. do tell? thx!

*CORRECTION* - You only need Honored to buy the Med Pouch, not Revered. Also... you can see in the video that my Med Pouch heals for 129 per tick instead of 100, which would suggest it does indeed scale a bit with Spell Power. I believe this to be a private server bug/inaccuracy, but I could be mistaken. We'll have to wait and see how it works on Classic.

@@Rockmaster867 depends how hard you grind. Its not an absurd grind. I cant put an exact amount of time on it but an estimate would be ~10hours

Good for hunters as well that Duel wield , specially since dots hard counter hunters.

Thinking of getting it on a lvl 1 rogue twink haha with that sweet red bandana + full enchant :D

I'm still grinding mine on Elysium on my 19 ,even tho server is pretty dead..!

For the current classic release, does the pouch a) share CD with warlock health stones, b) require 30 seconds before it can be used and c) the user to be out of combat to use? I know you said yes and no for b) and c) but I'm wondering for the current classic release... Ty in advance

a) No b) yes its like any other weapon swap c) no, weapons can be switched in combat, just not gear :)

Took me about 10-15ish hours on a warrior. Grouping with people from time to time.

Dem Budge it’s still situationally useful because it’s off the global cooldown and provides you with a way to heal yourself that doesn’t use any mana. It’s definitely strongest for Mage/Hunter/Warlock/Druid but I believe every class should at least have it in their bags for situational uses. Imagine you are in a 2v2 and you and your teammate are are both getting low. You could Bubble and pop your Med Pouch to be able to regain a bit of your own HP without ever having to stop spam healing your teammate. The fact that Med Pouch is off the global cooldown is part of what makes it so good.

100% worth getting on every class, but you will only really use it situationally as a Rogue.

Viktor Karlsson Eh, it’s probably worth doing it just to have it in your bags/bank in case you ever find yourself in a situation where you want it. But in PvP you’ll pretty much always want to have a 2H weapon equipped except when you go sword & board mode. Warriors get Lifegiving Gem from Broodlord in BWL which is a great survivability tool that’s more conducive to the class because it’s a Trinket.

doesn't this pouch scale off healing power? some people have said it can heal 2000 with good gear

bubba glasser it definitely scales on some private servers, including the one I recorded the examples on. Even seems to scale a bit with spell power. I don’t think it’s supposed to scale, at least not with spell power, but I could easily be wrong. This is one of those things that will probably be a question mark until we get to actually play Classic. Probably should have been more ambiguous about this in the video.

He keeps using words like 'incredible' to describe an effect that gimps u for 30 sec and then provides half a bandage. Whipper root tubers are incredible, healthstones are incredible. This is less than a lily root. Not particularly powerful in pvp unless you're a lowbie. Nice for pve if you're a melee class that can't rely on heals and dps will be secondary to staying alive.

rr ww Whipper Root Tubers actually heal for less than Med Pouch and are a consumable that is kind of a pain to farm. Healthstones can only be produced by 1 class in the game. Medicine Pouch is an item that any class can use literally every 20 minutes, forever. I think the value is pretty self-evident. Part of what makes it so good is that it can be combined in a macro with any of the above items because its off the GCD and doesn’t share a CD with anything else.

if you're wearing a 1-hand that gives no stats for 40sec that's less dmg dealt and 'gimped' maybe you don't care about damage... wear it 24/7 it's INCREDIBLE!!!! if you're using the pouch specifically to survive a predictable & short boss phase where raid healing will be non existant (ie. Ony stage 3) than it's good, because you already know you'll need it and have it ready in 99% of all other instances it's a day late a dollar short no one feels safer knowing a small heal is coming 40secs later
