My husband and I were eating at a restaurant a few years ago and another older couple was seated at a nearby table. I noticed every time I would look up the lady was looking at me which was really starting to annoy me. I kept thinking, why does this old lady keep looking at me? As we were finishing our meal, I realized that we actually went to school together. She was in class with my older brother. The last time I had seen her I was in my 20's and during my first marriage we would spend many evenings at their house playing games. I hadn't seen them in at least 40 years and laugh when I think about how I was considering her an old lady when I noticed her watching me. We finally figured out why each of us seemed familiar to the other and had the opportunity to catch up a little. LOL 🤣🤣🤣

A senior citizen defined. A senior citizen is one who was here before the Pill, TV, frozen food, credit cards and ball point pens. For us time-sharing meant togetherness not computers and a chip meant a piece of wood. Hardware meant hard wear and software wasn't even a word. We were before pantyhose, drip dry cloths, dish washers, cloths dryer and electric blankets. We got married first then lived together and girls thought that cleavage was something butchers did. We were before Batman, vitamin pills, disposable nappies, pizzas and Chinese takeaways. Cigarette smoking was fashionable, grass was for mowing, pot was something you cooked in. A gay person was the life of a party and nothing more whist aids meant beauty lotions or helping someone in trouble.
