One egg per lb of hamburger will make very juicy and keep from falling apart on the grill, add to the mix of whatever you normally do

With all due respect to the chefs, portioning beef into a portion cup and weight isn’t a valid method. Volume doesn’t equal weight/mass/density. You could fill two portion cups, one with gold and one with cotton candy, and I guarantee they won’t weigh the same!
