I had to turn the volume off bc I was tired of hearing about smashing that share button!
The higher the temperature the less smoke. So how do you guys produce soooo much smoke

That’s burning off previous grease from the high temp, not smoke

trimming fat...no issue when defrosted? looked very easy..
