    Nice one James. Good feet and ankle movement sound logical parts of functional movement training and 'body building'.

    I know Marcus knows better than to say he’d rather take the muscled guy who can’t move over the guy who’s basically starting from scratch; what ATG has taught us is that this is all really about connective tissue, while the muscle is just along for the ride (generally speaking). Modern gym training makes people move worse, period.
