Thank you! 😊. She insisted on being front and center for that piece 🤣. The funny part was when i ran the video on my TV to make sure everything was ok with it, she jumped off the sofa ran over to the TV and was trying to climb up up the furniture piece which the TV is in and I had to say noooo Skitty, so she just sat there meowing at herself on the screen. It was so cute.

What a sweet little baby❤ She behaved so well:) Have you seen that book Cats Who Paint from the mid 1990’s? It’s a spoof, but so fun to look through the pics:)

I learn everytime I pick up a brush, that’s what’s fun about painting, so many different things to learn and experiment with. That’s why i also like adding extra mediums to my watercolors, just to change things up.

I’m loving this already and all that is there is the vase! 😂

I’m sorry about the car accident, how unfortunate. I was just reading an article yesterday of a woman losing her life in an accident in my area, and it made me really reflect that we are never promised tomorrow as it might be today! Please take care of yourself and I pray God will heal you.

Thank you so much 😀 it takes time, i too had that mindset when i started, you just have to push past those thoughts and just paint. It might come out to be a muddy mess, but that muddy mess will teach you so much for the next round with the brush!!!

Hey Debra. Beautiful work I believe there are "Cloud Flowers": Its what i called them!! They are GIANT PEONIES... my mums neighbor grew. Especially the icey very very pale pink ones. Incredibly cloud like... Especially in large clumps. I feel ud love them The garden Elie in Fife. Scotland. Much love ❤

So beautiful! Do you let the painting dry anytime along the way or do you just paint wet on wet the whole time without stopping?

I love how you so effortlessly painted the pot! The flowers are gorgeous too! I never use gouache, but I’m now feeling that I “need” some.

I see that a lot with many artists. It’s important to try all different kinds and find the ones perfectly suited for the way you handle a brush etc..

It’s very rare when I use a reference photo, I like to pull from my imagination. But some paintings require the assistance of an image, like painting a specific bird, or buildings etc.

It’s a correction medium sold here in the US, also to use another white is possible, but you won’t get the same effects. here’s the link amzn.to/3RnFDh0
