Some people were annoyed by the tapping of your brush? Really? Get over it, people, it's part of the process! Love this painting and love listening to you work your way through the thought process, very helpful.

Just love your tutorials ❤️. Love your looseness with your subjects. It looks effortless for you, but when I try it, it goes terribly wrong 😂. You have really mastered your loose style and still leave enough for everyone to know what it is that you are painting ! Clever girl. Cheers 😘❤️🥰💕😍😊

Don't let the negative nabobs get you down! (the complainers about the noise of you hitting the water dish - they can turn down their volume! How is that your problem?) The white flowers with yellow in the middle and white bud are both lisianthus or Prairie gentian and come in lots of other colors including lavender, dark purple, pink, yellow and white with colored tips. The other is a snapdragon because if you put a finger in the top and bottom on the backside of the flower you can make it look like a dragon mouth opening and closing. They’re very easy to grow and will continue blooming until the first hard frost. Both flowers are such fun to paint! Cheers to your video….TFS!

Awe thanks so much Judith, you’re so kind. As for my mother the sweetheart past on to be with the Lord in November. She was one month shy of turning 95! She lived a good life, she was always the fun one in the group. She is dearly missed. Thanks for asking.

The White flowers are Lisianthus. They come in several colors and are annuals here in the Northeast US. I have grown them in my garden.I love them!

Oh my gosh - I told myself just the other day - 'you need to find a snapdragon tutorial.' But I never searched for one. And here today - this comes up in my feed. Seriously - what is going on with YT? Is technology reading minds now? Anyway - I have been meaning to leave you a message. I cannot get enough of your videos. I like the ones where you talk during the session the best. I thought you had been painting your entire life, and then in one of your videos from maybe 2018 or 2019 you stated that you had only been painting for 16 months. That is EXACTLY what I needed to hear at that moment. I woke up one day after the plandemic started, and I just NEEDED color and art in my life. I started with adult coloring books and colored pencils. However, I always loved watercolor - but it was too intimidating to me. But world circumstances had me saying - time to dive in - it's now or never. So here I am at 48 years of age hoping that I can become a self-taught artist. Through KZread, Patreon, Skillshare classes...and lots of practice. Your style is what speaks to my heart the most. I hope that one day I can create something as beautiful as you do. Blessings to you! If you ever have an online workshop, please advertise it on your channel. I am sure you will have many many followers who sign up! Hugs from New Orleans!

Hi Deb, yeah I need to do another one on peonies. I did one on wilting peonies. I waited to long to paint them, so I had fun painting them while they were falling apart. That reminds me, its time for some fresh flowers!
