Hey man, you put some wicked flows together, I'm actually a qualified KB instructor in England, (i don't instruct though at the minute, only teach the qualification) no one out there is putting flows together like you, i just got a 32kg for personal use, and if you have anymore single KB 32kg flows please upload them. The doubles you do are also wicked. Thanks for the inspiration and ideas, I always reference you to others.
