This was an inspiring video to have a journel and complete tasks mentioned in it, I usually watch ua videos because of ua positive energy and the way abruptly you paceup while speaking sometimes it hard to understand what you said, that way I improve my english listening skills😅

Great question!! It depends... if I'm emailing or typing words or a caption etc, I need silence. But if I am changing things on my website, creating graphics etc I like music :)

hey so tried to send this to ur tiktok but it didn’t work but i wanted to tell ya that.... not sure if you get dms from random followers like me ✨ butttt just thought i’d let you know bc it’s pretty silly, my mom was reading an article and she asked me if i followed you on tiktok and ofc i said yes and she was wondering bc she read from that article that you were a great influencer for body positivity and i just thought i’d say something bc i really struggle with being happy with my body image especially during quarantine bc i normally have like 6 days with an activity (volleyball practice normally) a week and it was really hard to find a balance between working out for a better body and working working out for myself/mindset. anyways, just wanted to tell you thank you for making a positive influence on my life and for so many others!
