karlee ! I am definitely no Victoria Garrick, but I know how to jump serve! For a jump float serve, I do it by left step, toss, right step, left step, jump, contact. This takes a while to learn but as long as you keep a stiff wrist and your elbow high you should be good. For a jump topspin, you simply give yourself a nice high toss, and do your hitting approach and swing! I really hope this helps!!

It's so inspirational to see you film your challenges and successes! i literally love your videos so much and u insprire me each day to keep on going in volleyball because i started at age 13 and that was really old to be beginning volleyball , then i stopped and really started training at 14 and i wanted to give up because everyone around me was so much better than me but through all ur messages i kept going and i’ve been improving so much each and every day! so thank you💕💕

I think it’s amazing how open you are about your thought process and how sometimes not everything goes well when you play. When I was playing sports there were so many people making me feel just awful for making one mistake and I used to get really down and lost my confidence for awhile... I think it is important for athletes to not only stay physically healthy but mentally healthy as well. Athletes can often brush it off and neglect their mental health so I’m glad you focus on this topic because it affects so many. I love your videos😊 They’re so entertaining and I can tell your a very genuine and hardworking person. Keep it up👍🏻💜

Thank you so much for pointing out how hard that type of ball is to pass! I am also a libero and I cannot for the life of me make a good pass using this type of ball. I also love how you point out that it is a uphill battle because that's exactly how it feels, and being put into new situations that you are uncomfortable with makes you a better player and stronger mentally. Wow, that speech during you serve receiving encouraged me a lot. I’m playing high school volleyball right now and struggling with skills that I’ve lost after spraining my ankle such as serve receiving and getting my timing right on my approach. I will for sure use the advice you told me!
