Good video ! I cannot understand why the gems did not frost under such a high-temperatured kiln ( oven ) ! When casting Gem in place goods , the temperature o've the kiln must not exceed 900 Fahrenheit or 482 celsius ! A burnout cycle can take up to three days in the kiln or until the dark hue leaves the pouring entrance o've the flask ! Whether gem in place or not, NEVER QUENCH ! Flask should be allowed to cool down to the touch and placed in a bucket o've water where it will soften several hours later . With the aid o've a crew driver or a T-shaped awl , a technician can carve out the sludge from the flask followed by a simple water hose or under the sink common household sprayer rinse . JUJURLAH ! Semoga Tuhan Yehuwa terus memberi anda pemahaman !

If the power goes out for a moment, you don't need to repeat it, just continue the remaining time needed. And most importantly, don't take your cylinder out of the oven because it will damage the contents of the cylinder, due to the sudden change in temperature.

My question , 1) Which flask is 5 hours cycle for ? 2) Which flask is 8 hours cycle for ? 3) which flask is 12 hours cycle for ? Holes and porosity can occur because there are bubbles in the wax when you inject it into the mold, check your wax. For casting temperatures of around 700 degrees, more or less is not a problem, and for flask temperatures of course it can be below that, down to around 50/100 degree doesn't matter
