Jewelry Casting| Jewelry Making - Primarose.com

Thank you for watching the production video of Primarose.
Primarose presents three strengths of our factory.
1. High Flexibility:
Our factory has high flexibility. Customers can add or adjust any detail during production processes.
2. Cost optimization:
Our factory is standardized, and we also use advanced-technology machines to reduce labor costs.
Furthermore, to save more cost, we hire sub-contracts for some processes such as gold-plating and rhodium-plating, the credible sub-contracts that we strictly selected. Thus we can offer very impressive or very competitive prices to customers.
3. Effective communication:
To ensure that our customers will receive the right products, the sales team will communicate, with service minds and at fast responses, with customers in almost every step, from sketching to the final process
At Primarose, employee’s happiness is our essential concern. We believe that if employees work with happiness, they will deliver that happiness to customers, thus we ensure that all employees receive reasonable benefits and welfare.
Additionally, as we also take into account child labor laws, we do not hire anyone who is under 18 years old.
Our Services:
Directly wholesale high-quality products from a factory owner at very low prices.
Manufacture following customer's designs.
*Guarantee authentic 925 silver jewelry and quality services with our 20 years of experience.

"jnp"

The problem is that every casted piece tarnishes extremely quickly, I’m talking literally a few hours of just lying on my desk after polishing and it already starts to tarnish. I really don’t know what to do about this… Am I doing something wrong or is something wrong with the alloy my caster is using? Or is that a normal thing with casted silver?

Thus, we just focus merely on "function", not "appearance". 3. Per the safety and healthcare standard, there is just only some key specific areas to be concerned about, that are; -Labor employment(can not hire kids, and fair welfare) -Fire safety -dangerous Chemical management -Machine/boiler maintenance and control -Nursing room. To Summarize, safety and health standard does not relate to how beautiful it is.

@@iqinsanity Hi Andrew I understand your point now. we always avoid casting something "big", long, and "smooth" surface because such work often easily evokes lots of problems, especially orange-surface defects (I don't know what this defect is called in English). When customers request products like smooth big jewelry, we need to cast them in small pieces and welding them after that, or switch to other production techniques. (in order to provide best quality of work without orange-surfaces)

I appreciate the advantages and knowledge/skill required for lost wax casting, but it kills me how this has become the standard for the jewelry industry. Truly handmade jewelry is almost completely obsolete now. From a business perspective, if cast jewelry is considered handmade, even though the bench jeweler is only setting stones and polishing, how can truly handmade (from raw metals, fabricated by hand without cad/casting) be labeled?

  • @Primarose

    @Primarose

Hi Home, I appreciate handmade pieces too. they have their own uniqueness and value. Some of our products from our company are still 100% handmade(without casting or cad). So I believe that there are some rooms for 100% handmade jewelry nowadays. keep fighting and never give up.
