Was the 160 degree sauna temp achieved with the mid sized or upgraded furnace? Curious if you could find a way to push the temp to an appropriate 180-185 degrees.

Mid sized furnace. You could certainly get it hotter if you wanted.
Anybody tried that "dryer" shower system? to dry out the rain gear after a day of hiking in the rain? would a fan have made the "dryer" /shower system more efficient? moisture needs to go somewhere, and that was not addressed in the video. Thanks!

Yes we have used it many times, the heater is a forced dry air heater and helps to remove moisture naturally. There is also two fans installed in most 170 vans which can either pull air out or push fresh air in. While they are not directly in the shower they are withing 3-5 feet and can certainly remove any excess moisture.
Another great build, when I’m ready I know where I’m going for my build. Do you install side flares for the shorter 144’s if requested?

We have four models for the 144 chassis, two of which have flares included in the base model. Our service department offers Flares as an aftermarket install.
I think you missed the mark with the Murphy bed. The other side should have the support leg and be the couch or Murphy bed because of the additional head room. Either that or move all the overhead cabinets to the other side. JMHO YMMV
