I bought it a home in The Village of Fenney in June 2020 and love it here more every day!! Fenney has soooo many special amenities that other Villages don’t have. 1). Our family pool has a bar and restaurant attached to it and the Rec Center. We have music, karaoke and trivia out under the Live Oaks just outside the pool. 2). We have walking path the whole length of Fenney way- as well as golf lanes on both sides of Fenney Way. This is essential for dog owners who are vigilant about not letting their dogs poop and pee on the private of their neighbors. 3). Fenney doesn’t have walled off neighborhoods- Everyone can enjoy the ponds. 4). We have family pool, adult pool and sports pool within the Village plus 2 golf courses and the Putt and Play. 5). We wonderful nature trails- Fenney Springs with owls, otters, gators, turtles, birds. 6). Can’t hear the Florida turnpike 7). We have easy access to the daily essentials via golf car but none of the congestion and crime along the 441/27 business corridor. No box stores down here and no congestion either !!! 8). Wonderful gate guards!! 9). Gas utilities 10). Fenney rec center as a Fit center, wonderful large lanai with wonderful seating- we also have a free fire pit overlooking Fenney Springs. Also Fenney rec center has resident services+ so we have full services. 11). Outside exercise equipment at Spanish Moss rec center only their nature walking trail !!

Really like that you are focusing on the north end of the Villages. Many do videos on the south new areas which we really have no interest in.

Spouts? Did you mean Sprouts farmers market? If so, it's 11 miles north of Fenney.

Just wondering if gas utilities are available in the north or only in the Southern part ?
