Both Santiago & Summerhill are great locations. I have done 2 short term rentals of patio villas in Summerhill. The most recent was in May of last year. One of the homes on the street had rock for landscaping in the front...no grass at all. If I was a potential buyer for this home, I would want to see ARC approval for replacing the grass with rock in the front yard. Who wants to buy a home, then find out a few months later that the home is not in compliance with deed restrictions because of something done by the previous owner?
