One thing to remember is that you also have to look at the property taxes in Lake, Marion, and Sumter counties.

Phillips is a nice area for those wanting some seclusion. Soulliere at the west end of 42 is similar but I think it does have golf cart access to other neighborhoods.

I just moved to Woodbury last month. I don’t know what kind of home I have. It’s corpus Christy model 3 bedrooms. But I don’t know what my home is considered? Do you?

I think those were called Ranch Villas. That series is discontinued.

You're welcome. I think Ranch Villas were often 2 BR, smaller SF sometimes with a den that could maybe be used as a third bedroom. I suspect that series was replaced with the Patio Villas. I do see where there are some newer Corpus Christi models (2006-ish) are part of the Designer series, 3 BR 1600-ish SF. I wish TV would put a history of the models online. It's hard to track when a given model morphs into a new name over the years. @@bfn6ghh
