parent can sue on the minors behalf especially if the older brother is 18+ edit/: a parent can sue on behalf of their child and a child can be sued but you would have to include the parent in the lawsuit against the child. for ex if child2 did something to child1 the lawsuit would be parent1 vs. parent2 and child2

Some of the medals can be replaced, you can check with the branch that Grandpa served in for replacements. I know it's not the same as the original, but it's a replacement. Unfortunately, the letters and uniform are irreplaceable. But this is what happens when you don't discipline children and give them boundaries. Favoritism should have no place in the realm of parenting.

There are a couple possible reasons for a “parent” to neglect their biological kid and spoil the adopted kid. One adopted kid is their first biological kid they gave up and then they were able to adopt first kid back and spoil them to make up for giving them up in the first place and neglect the one they kept because they are so focused on making it up to the first child. Second bio kid is really a affair child so they adopted a kid to make sure they don’t have to give gifts given to them from family for not adopted kid to said kid and give everything to adopted kid. Three they want to spoil adopted kid because in the USA they get some money from state or county to help care for the child like child support but don’t get paid for biological kids.
