Can’t the dad be charged for the theft of his son’s money?

  • @thegdog368

Not really statue of limitations, evidence, ect. Plus the kid is kinda just giving his dad the money without much a fight. So it could be said that thought he was allowed to take it for rent, ect.

  • @thenoob331

@@thegdog368 that sucks, i don't think rent or utilities couldn't be given as a reason because there isn't a formal lease and could argue there was no rent payment agreement(but im not a lawyer so i might be wrong). Also OP, create hidden accounts and move all ur money out of the account ur parents have access to. I think if op keeps documentation in any for declining the parents permission to his funds and reporting further thefts to ur bank and police, then you can probably get the parents charged for future theft but im not sure they can be charged for past thefts. Good luck op, whatever you do never go back to ur parents.

Ran into an old friend I knew from the rough days growing up who had DID. She grew up and eventually left her parents house who had mentally abused her her whole life. When she dot her diagnosis she brought her family with her to her counseling appt and had the doctor explain that the different “identity or identities” that’s she had most likely were split off to protect her from extremely harmful experiences or trauma. Absolutely broke her mom but that’s also when they got a therapy recommendation for her dad that lead to a diagnosis of psychopathy and some form of narcissistic personality disorder for her dad. He had been manipulating her mom into thinking that the way they raised her was okay. Now they are divorced and she is tentatively building a new relationship with her mom

@@Ninjasnail1926 DID used to be called Multiple Personality Disorder, although that's a misleading title. It's one of those disorders we still don't fully understand, but from what I know, it's a condition that is developed with people who suffer extreme childhood travma. Their brains aren't yet developed, and so their consciousness sort of fractures into multiple parts. Somebody with DID is still a single person, however their brain will function as if they are multiple people in one body.

@@arynkoeings668- you’re disassociating. That doesn’t mean full blown DID. Also, DID is extremely rare. It’s bizarre that it’s being misdiagnosed so much lately. People who talk about having a “headspace” and who claim they can switch at will are lying or were lied to. They don’t have DID. It’s maladaptive daydreaming. And many are lying about having a diagnosis for internet points.

The fact that this cannot be found on reddit (i tried a good bit) makes me think that either the creator of this video is an expert at hiding the origins of posts or this doesnt exist and was made up by the creator of this video Via google lens, i found multiple exact matches for the picture. That is a piece of art on sale which could have easily been ripped off of a shopping website.

I've read multiple reddit post this channel has uploaded. So its definitely reddit. However some paragraphs are directly quoted, other parts are reworded. Sometimes to be more clear, some redditors are emotional or not native English speakers or ramble & things become uncomprehensible or unclear. Now if the channel owner rewrites these specific parts themselves or shoves it into an AI program that's another story. But if the story is fake that would be bc the reddit post is fake, not bc the channel asked for a reddit story prompt from an ai. Bc i know alot of these stories having read them from reddit myself, not this one, a lot of them are years old. So they 100% are from there.

I wanted too share this quote : “ sometimes having the biggest heart is your biggest downfall “ through this whole video you’ve been worrying about your parents health and how there going too feel when you leave but what about your health and what you want it’s good too think of others but not to the point where your putting yourself behind . Now say for instance if your friend was drowning would u hold them up and drown yourself ? See what happens is you only can hold them up until you drown , and then when they have no one too hold them up there going too drown too ! So what I’m saying is you can only keep striving for your parents love when you need too be striving for yourself it’s a lose if you keep worrying about your parents just like the drowning story it was a lose
