How boring would that be if all african americans were like Sheriff Clarke? If they were you would not see him as an inspiration, american hero, or with real testicular fortitude. Homeland security needs to be abolished, right along with all of the other departments that have sprung up under the DOJ for the past 150 years. If the government quit creating problems, there wouldn't be so many problems in need of solution. Once upon a time, in America, before the UNITED STATES, INC government turned us into sheep, government was for and by the people. Common Law courts, run by the people and non-Bar lawyers are beginning to spring up, again, throughout the nation, and when they are restructured county by county, state by state, nationwide, we, the people, will have it within our power to take this nation back. I think Sheriff Clarke is doing his part. The trick will be to put Congress back into their place and hold their feet to the fire. Those 'person's in office now are a frigging board of directors working for Corporate America. They do NOT represent the people.

I had an argument the other day with a liberal about racism and police forces, basically the only thing anyone can talk about anymore. You take a 30 year Lt in my small town of 35000...over his lifetime he's done probably 200,000 traffic stops and calls for service. I'd say roughly 40% of those dealt with African Americans, and he's yet to fire his weapon in the course of duty. When an officer shoots someone in the line of duty, the term is joining the 1%. Because 1% of police officers across the country have had to shoot someone over the course of their careers. But we have a plague in this nation of murderous, thieving, corrupt cops who respond to thousands of calls per year without doing anything wrong. Seems legit bro.

Black Sands Entertainment I've yet to see any of these videos that shows a murder. But that's the problem. Everyone wants to say cops are out of control shooting people and it's a national epidemic, but when you state factually that less than 1% have SHOT someone (just shooting, not even killing) they revert to "well one is too many". All the while we ignore facts, like when the officer is said to have murdered someone, forensic evidence and autopsies shoot down all the bullshit like his hands were up. You can either base your arguments on fact, or you can continue using bullshit to sell your half-assed logic. The bottom line is the overwhelming majority of police officers serve their communities with valor and best intentions. Unfortunately sometimes a criminal gets shot in the course of a job, and a whirlwind of armchair critics want to pretend they could do the job better. If you believe police are corrupt and murderous evil people, join a department and effect change. I guarantee one year into it you'll completely change your baseless opinions.

Kamijo Touma Biased? Those are the results of the actual cases where judges and juries examined all the REAL EVIDENCE and determined NOT GUILTY. If anyone is biased, it is YOU. You don't have the real evidence and are assuming guilty. You are the reason we have a justice system setup that assumes innocence before guilt and guilt must be proven. If our system was based on biases and hunches and guesses like what you do, we would all be doomed.

Gary Johnson won't be on the debate stage. He has dropped from getting 12% to 8% of the vote since the convention. You have to have 15% to get on the debate stage which thankfully most people are to smart to vote for the pot head idiot trying to help Hillary.

i'm not black, i'm not even american, but when i hear/see this man, i see a person that i would like to look in the eyes, shake hands with, and show deep respect to... sense for honor has no race, or color.

As a black man I'm not pro cop or anti cop I just want as little interaction as possible with them. But he knows things can go bad for black man at any moment even if he is compliant just don't like taking chances with them.

As a white man I want as little to do with police on the job as possible as well, Thomas. Last year I was stopped and happened to be on my way back from shooting in the desert. I had a dozen guns in my car and some were loaded - including an M1 Carbine and an AK-47 clone. I rolled down my window, put my hands outside the truck and informed the lady cop of the situation. Backup came, and they made a big deal of it at first. But because I had been cooperative and didn't scare the cop, everything turned out OK., Cops remember Timothy McVey as well as everything that is going on now. My advice - be as non-threatening as possible and make no wisecracks or sudden moves around the police. They are on edge and understandably so. I think this is pretty good advice for everyone - no matter their race. things can go bad for any of us when out on the road with a nervous policeman.

No not at all.. What has BLM done? I have worked with troubled youth of all races and one of the things we pushed was "individual responsibility". If Michael Brown would have started his day off right, not robbed any store, blocked traffic and attack a police officer. He would be alive. This man is only racist because he is not going with the program. When will BLM step it up and make efforts to make the neighborhoods safer?

You should read it, if you are capable of reading. Then you'll see the term isn't based on being a "whitey". It's just a term created by and then passed down to ignorant people. In short any black person who acts civilized is a "Uncle Tom". Just like the term "racist" is being taken over to only mean white people can be racist. In every case, the officer goes to jail. The case you mention just happened days ago, and the facts aren't out yet.
