    I bought my wife this exact bike. It's her first quad....and 2020 was her first year riding and she's a BEAST on this thing. Her first ride ever was RUSH. We laugh about it to this day..... 🤣 needless to say, she loves this quad. I ride an 850xt and all our riding fam rides Can-Am. We love our quads!!

    @@johngriffith8361 While we do love both of them, the 570 is our favorite. It's smoother, and has more power when needed. Ours has DPS as well, so easier to ride. The 450 is fine. It has to work harder riding through deep snow, but does go through it. The 450 does everything we ask of it, but the 570 can do more, more easily.

    I was wondering do you think the skid plates and protectors are worth their weight on the 570? I need something to pull a sleigh when i go ice fishing. Nothing crazy heavy around 200 pounds of gear plus myself. Id upgrade the tires to winters with studs, get a windshield and the heated options but im kinda on the fence about the skids.

    Really good review. I've had multiple Honda sport bikes, but now looking for something for two up beach riding, and have pretty much settled on the Outlander Max. Can't decide between the 570 and the 650 though. While I usually don't use it, I like having too much power. I have heard that the 450 and 570 are made in Mexico, while the 650 and up are made in Canada. Obviously the 650 is more expensive but it's got significantly more hp at 62 vs 46(I think) for the 570. Suggestions?

  • @TrailPass

    @TrailPass

    3 жыл бұрын

    Close, the 570 actually has 48 hp. For me it came to a few factors. While the larger Outlanders have more power, but also more weight and higher price. I didn't need the fancy key and preferred not to have plastic racks. The 570 is plenty of power for me and feels great off the line. I've heard that all the vtwins pull very similar up to around 40 mph. If you want to run super high speed or much larger tires, the 650 may be a better choice. For average riding the 570 is an excellent choice for the price. Let me know what you decide!

    I've heard some folks use exhaust heat wrap or buy a heat shield and cut it to size (similar stuff to what is already on the machine from the factory. Can-am just has to worry about regulations when they're selling the machine new.

    Looking for new ATV. Have looked at Polaris, Honda, and now Can-AM. Have read a lot of good things about the Can-Am and the Outlander 570 XT, preferably the Max XT. My needs include maintenance around 5-acre wooded lot (pulling downed logs within the 1300 lb towing capacity), some joy riding, and plow when needed in this mid-Atlantic region of Virginia. Price, power, and functionality of this 570 XT is reason for my lean. As mentioned, I've looked at the Polaris 850, but am reluctant due to pricing and really not sure I need that much power. Any advice or incite would be appreciated.

    I think the Outlander 570 is an excellent machine. I definitely would get one with power steering, like that XT. The short wheelbase is more fun to to ride and more nimble but the Max is more comfortable. I would be between an Outlander and Yamaha 700 if I were you. Both are similar price and horsepower.

    I currently have an Outlander 570 DPS without the rear seat, but want to upgrade to the max. The biggest complaint I have with the current one, and it's a big complaint, is that the machine gets hot. I use it for plowing snow and then it's kind of nice, but not when its 85 degrees out, the machine will cook you. Is your machine like that?

He is the Mighty, the Forgiving. 3 He it is Who created the seven heavens in pairs. In the creation of the Merciful you can not see any contrast, so direct your gaze to see if you see any cracks? 4 Then, from time to time, direct your gaze, and your gaze will return to you humbled and helpless. 5 We have adorned the nearest heaven with candles, and We have made them shooters against the devils, to whom We have prepared a painful doom. 6 Hell is the punishment for those who disbelieve in their Lord; what a miserable place he is! 7 When they are thrown into it, they will hear his roar and it will boil. 8 "Out of anger, he is almost torn to pieces. Every time a crowd is thrown at him, the guard asks:" Did not a prophet (warner) come to you? 9 They say: "Yes, a messenger came to us, but we rejected him, and we said, 'Allah did not reveal anything, and you are nothing but a great loss.' 10 And they say, If we had heard and understood, we would not have been among the dwellers of the Fire. 11 So they confess their sins; the dwellers of the Fire are far from mercy. 12 Those who fear their Lord without seeing it, for them is forgiveness and a great reward. 13 But hide yourselves, or speak your word openly; surely He knows what you conceal in your hearts. 14 Do not He Who created create, when He knows that He penetrates the depths of the secrets, He knows the details? 15 He it is Who has made the earth suitable for you, so walk through its parts and enjoy His bounty, for to Him is the future. 16 Have you been assured by Him Who is in the heavens that the earth may not shake you when it shakes? 17 Were you assured of Him Who is in heaven, that He should not send upon you a tempest of stones? Well, you will understand what My punishment is! 18 Even those before them denied, but what was My punishment? 19 Have they not seen the birds above him with open arms, and when the wings are folded, no one holds them in the air except the Almighty. He is the One who sees and knows every thing. 20 Who is your army that can help you but the Merciful? It is true that the disbelievers are found in a great deception. 21 Who is he that feedeth you, if He should withhold His provision from you? Nay, but they persist in arrogance and aversion. 22 Is he who walks with his face to the ground more guided, or he who walks upright on the straight path? 23 Say: He it is Who created you, and endowed you with hearing and sight and mind, but you give thanks a little. 24 Say: "It is He Who created you and multiplied you in the earth, and to Him you will be gathered." 25 And they say: When will this promise be fulfilled, if ye are truthful? 26 Say: "Only Allah knows, and I am only a warner to you." 27 "When they see it (Hell) approaching, the faces of those who disbelieve will be disfigured, and it will be said to them, 'This is what you used to seek.' 28 Say: Tell me, if Allah takes my soul and those with me, or has mercy on us, who will protect the disbelievers from a painful doom? 29 Say: He is the Most Merciful, to whom We have put our trust, and in Him we put our trust, and you will know who the lost one is. 30 Say: Tell me, if your water is lost in the depths, who will bring you above ground (spring) water?..

    I have to disagree as well ... The outlander fit/finish and power output is superior and that’s coming from a sportsman owner

    I switched from Polaris to Can-AM. The Rotax V-Twin engine is far superior to the Prostar 4-Stroke DOHC Single Cylinder of the Polaris 570. Also, the fact that the back seat is removable on the Can-Am 2-Up ATVs vs. the Polaris having non-removable, fixed seats was a game changer for me.
