This is a masterpiece. One of my first homes had a garden of pink phlox. During the practice, I was transported back to that blanket of pink at that sweet cabin where my children grew. Thank you for the invocation of the pink moon spirit. Wishing everyone a joyous and transformative full moon 🌕 💖

After baking and cooking most of the day, the leg stretches in this one were delish. Even flowering tree was doable for me today. Who knew just moving your hands over to the corner of the mat in sphinx could make such a difference! Another great full moon flow. Loved feeling my hands brush those pink flowers!

Today’s session was absolutely perfect. The pace reminded me of flowers slowly walking up and blooming. Happy Pink Moon lovelies 🌸✨ FYI it’s always hard to pick my favorite pose cause I love them all🥰

The second time practicing was even better than the first. I enjoyed the "Full Moon Rising" today.

I'm in love with this pink moon practice! The pink flowers imagery woven into the practice was so dreamy and reminded me of the beautiful pink magnolias and dogwoods blooming near me. The gentle opening and lengthening poses felt so nice, especially the reclined full moon rising. Thank you! 💮🌷

Here in the dry cold of Nevada, we have white phlox with an occasional light purple clump. It is the first flower we see, and it grows in a low, almost moss-like clump, so we call it "Spring Carpet." "Rustling Phlox" was one of my favorite poses. I would say this gentle flow was more beneficial than a nap.

This was lovely. I adored the tender pace and grounding essence of this practice. Thank you ❤

I was a little hesitant to do a yoga flow, since I’m nearing menstruation and my body feels quite heavy & tired… but this was just purrrfect 😊 the pace was so lovely, and nothing too intense.
