Love the mech vibes. That eerie haunting feeling right before an ‘op you don’t know your coming back from.

Man, just the opening track almost brought tears to my eyes. Mechwarrior 2 was one of my favorite games growing up, such a classic and what an amazing soundtrack.

And basically every track is unique and recognizable, unlike a lot of ambient music now, which tends to sound nice but use the same instruments and be very samey and meandering with no noticeable tunes.

Man I miss hawken. FPS-like controlls allowing one of the faster paces in the gerne while still conveying the heft of lugging an armored vehicle across a battlefield.

I miss the ability to buy one of those giant Steel Battalion controllers back in the day. I didn't have an xbox at the time, and it (and the game that came with the controller) would have been far too expensive, but they just don't sell them new these days. I've always wanted my own Mech Sim cockpit like at the arcades.

Yea, Hawken was good. Troubled and sometimes flawed, but overall a pretty good and very unique game. Shame what happened.

i just put all the songs together in my normal video editor which is davinci. its not mixing like a dj does or anything im literally just putting one song after the other like a playlist. fading them out and stuff.

i don't own any of this music, all i've changed is just normalized the volume, shortened some songs either cuz they're too long or the vibe changes and i wanted to cut it out, and i extended one song just by looping it once
