Hellcat is free and synergizes well with Electric Absorption.

I'm just over level 200 but have only ever done one silo run. I got traumatised by the amount of stim packs I had to use to get through it and was a bit put off trying it again. Today, I used this build and literally stood in a room with 6 turrets recharging my fusion core for me while I Holy Fire'd a couple of Assaultrons who were using their laser beams on me too. My health did not go down beyond 95% at any time lol In fact the only reason I took the turrets out was that the sound was getting annoying. Top build for feeling incredibly powerful - 14/10 would recommend! Thank you :D

Might i recommend a Chinese stealth armor commando build. You sneak through the whole thing and typically my deaths are due to me doing something dumb.

About time it was time for a full health build

4:25 You can also jump right after landing as well, to offset the mini stun falling from height. Bounding down mountains from a full sprint is fun this way. If falling straight down with no run up, then the reload cancel usually is more efficient

Nice guide thanks a lot😊 my problem with fallout 76 guides is there are lvl50 guides or max lvl guides. Since reaching lvl 50 takes just some days the transition to the endgame build is much more interesting. Lot of people which need guides after 50 will most likely dont have max legendary perks till many month later. A guide on that transition would be more helpful for a lot of players

Yea this build is basically tailor made for my play style. Gonna log on tonight and get to work on stuff I need to do before beginning this path

If you don't care about fusion cores, you can also activate jetpack right before you hit the ground for a soft landing.

can't wait to try it out

Need MORE full health builds. Preferably ones that are not heavy gunner/power armor based lol.

Unfortunately, the entire game is easy. Still love it though. For full health, no PA, just gather up overeaters armor. Doesn't even need to be secret service - just mix and match. Work your way up to better armor sets when you can.

Thanks for this, great to see how the community is welcoming all us noobs to the game! About 300hours in at lvl 92 so about time to start trying something like this! Appreciate the vid.

Another cool trick for cancelling the stun animation after landing is switching to 3rd person right after you land. If you get the timing down to a crisp, you have no animation at all!

If you want to never die even more, put overeater's legendary mod on your PA pieces, that's an extra 30% damage reduction. This build also can be converted into bloodied if you have emergency protocols, nerd rage and adrenal reaction.

i like the counter weight to playing a sneak build. fun

the issue for me atm is getting the required materials to make the mods to the armors as well as find good weapons and ammo. its a drag to get going and stay consistent without running out of materials or ammo

I had a few level ups ready to go so made the pivot into heavy weapons to try this out. I don't have everything I need but in pretty standard star drop Ultracite armour I was tanking entire alien events even without the legendary perk card for the noobies there like I was only a week or so ago (21-75 lvls). Pretty new player friendly (116th level at trying it.) The Excavator was a bit rough trying that out first though, I wouldn't recommend doing that!

I have 4 characters each with their own focus. My heavy PA is one i have had from day one. Its fun. Granted back in the day keeping ammo for it was a real struggle but now not so much.

I have so many anti armour heavy guns, this will come in handy

You can also just switch your view before you hit the ground and cancel that animation you can do it in power armor and out of power armor

I'd recommend adding in a vampires explosive gattling gun (with ultracite ammo) and there isn't an enemy in the game that can stop you

Great video! I love my Chinese stealth armor commando but it gets dull after awhile. I might have to try this out. Glad to see there are ways to prolong fusion cores. I had no idea. I was going through them fast whenever I needed to use power armor and had no idea if you let them fully deplete they are gone and you have to find more. For how long I've played, I didn't know that

Get yourself the fusion core charger, after I got that I end up selling them now. Just have to try watch your ammo and change the core when there is like 50 shots left

overeaters union full health is great, turn up at an event listen to all the "pop pops" from the fixer crew while you stand there tanking everything lol... 3rd person with the gatling you can smash fire and aim at the same time and it fires as quick as you smash the buttons :)

I love the intro how you get shot a by a lot of robots and don't even care.

I started off bloodied in full unyielding just so I can rank up faster. As soon as I have enough spare perk points I’m definitely going with this as my secondary build.

I run that build. I started a new character and by level 100 or so I pretty much felt unkillable. I just have 1 star Overeater heavy combat armor and carry Vampire and Antiarmor chainsaws. With a few easy to stockpile foods, I am invincible against everything including Earl and the Queen. I even solo’ed the queen with just a little help from a friend to get her to land faster. Upgrading to 3 star Secret Service armor and an auto axe seem unnecessary so far. Very fun build.

Time to clock in on my daily perk coin grind.

Hellcat also has an inbult 12% ballistic damage reduction (on top of its high DR). Been running a variation of this build since I got Holy Fire and I die once in a blue moon. I'd argue that for reduction of incoming damage there is no better PA then Hellcat.

I use very similar with AA E 50 cal, TSE Minigun and Vampires Redd Upper, I literally never die. Highly recommend

One tip to add, Far-Flung fireworks works like magic with heavy PA builds. I run Overeater's PA with AA/crit plasma caster and AA Cremator (the one I was unlucky to roll) it does lots of AOE damage to tag all the enemies. So if you have a spare legendary slot it is always a good choice.

Hey @MrWestTek - Thank you so much for all of your amazing guide videos, they have really helped me alot! ❤ If I may ask, what music do you use on the background of your videos?

This is pretty much the build I started like a month ago. The thing that will take the longest is getting overeaters, sentinel armor. I think I am going to try dodgy with a kinetic dynamo, to see if I can avoid almost all damage😂. I used bird bones, and I might try to level up What Rads, so I can hopefully take off startched genes. We'll see, but this is cool this video is the closest I've seen of the build I'm going for.

i just made a level 50 power armor build , works great to me , heavy gunner, plasma gatling / flamer, with rank 1 perk cards , no leyendary perk cards, and yes im using food, chems, nuka cola effect, its always a plus. 😎👍

Electric Absorption is such a good perk lol even at rank 2 it's still good enough like, say, for the Invader event.

in PC, cancelling high jump stagger without power armor is possible right after you hit the ground, duck and then stand quick in third person. doesnt work in first person

Any recommendations on legendary effects on your heavy weapon? I plan to use the plasma caster, or more likely the Gauss mini gun, but idk what to look for on them

My noob build is slowly morphing into something like this, but I'm already pretty tanky in my excavator as is. Tbh I was well beyond lvl 50 and still running around in lvl 25 excavator, because of black titanium and screw shortage. Hundreds to thousands of everything else except those two ofc xD Only fixed that last night, because it really didn't feel like a priority to me. So now I'm around lvl 64 and I still haven't died a single time in this game. I love it, feels very rp to me. Taking my time as well, with a nice mix of as many xp boosts as I can have and joining events when I'm up for it. But otherwise just adventuring, building my house and completing quests ever since I'm beyond lvl 50. Adapting for the point shortage has been a bit of struggle, as has getting decent ammo economy going for some of these heavy guns. So atm I still have some shotgun perks in there as I love giving them the cold shoulder for anything that's up in my face and swimming in endless shotgun ammo. Did roll an Anti Armor, Faster Firing on my lvl 50 gatling plasma that I found yesterday though and having a lot of fun with that now. Picked infiltrator as my first legendary, because my hoarder characters have always enjoyed getting into everything. So it helped me free up some perks from that which I reinvested in heavy gunner. My 2nd legendary is coming up pretty soon and I think it'll be electric absorption but the specials are tempting too. 3rd will then definitely be a special if I haven't picked one yet by then, or taking one for the team. As I'm always on a team and built for that as well. But that still feels like a long way off.

If you are struggling for screws get a workshop with junk extractors ( one near mole miner has 3 ) they get you a lot of passive screw with all the junk

@@raptoraurion I did, that's how I can upgrade the full set now xD I heard it was a tough one and not as popular. Didn't see it as often either, until it popped up again recently and when I saw a decent number of players in there figured I'd give it a go. It was hectic and a tough fight, but we managed and it was pretty fun. I don't think I saw anyone above lvl 150 even and several below my level. It was the first event where I felt I was actually contributing a decent bit to the fight. Just emptying plasma cores into the thing until the wendigos got annoying again and I blasted them with the cold shoulder in vats if I had the ap. Because the gatling plasma spin up is annoying when they're all around you. After that I got plenty of black titanium from Uranium Fever, which was the first time I did that without hiding in the chaos and tagging with a 10mm. Think I did pretty ok with wiping those dark shuffeling blobs out in my spot for a first serious attempt.

I've been running something like this with holy fire and currently final word. I think I should swap to an energy ranged to compliment the holy fire a little better but I can't decide which one I like better. Leaning towards an ultracite gatling laser though.

What was your reasoning for going with the union over the t65 ,im doing my own variation and figured t65 would be best in slot also wouldnt the 3 scientist perks for energy ammo in INT (increases dmg) be best instead ?

Dude I'm doing everything right I'm 141 and followed all this just by coincidence that electrical absorption with my ultracite did make me robo invincible

I am gonna try that animation cancel, its like the worst part of PA is that damn animation when landing.

What weapons would you recommend? as a new player, level 104 as of today, thinking of switching over from my full health cold shoulder shotgun build to something with more ranged damage.

If you use bird bones mutation it doesnt do the superhero landing while in power armour 100% worth taking it for quality of life

I gotta Excavator and X-01 power armor, any advice for "what rads" and "power sprint"??? I'd rather tank the scorched and super mutants, i loot whatever people drop with fallout 1st.

I have watched many of these builds videos and appreciate them all. But when looking at all the perk cards including Legendary cards, i have nowhere near enough (i'm level 384) to achieve what is shown and especially maxing out legendary cards. May i ask what level you are as i see you have 3851 perk cards available to level up as shown in this video. Plus if anyone can help on this, when switching between builds, i seem to have issues with cards disappearing from the build. Is this the norm?

Holy fire flamer will be your best friend, I use it in my full health/power armor/heavy gunner play style. I have over 10000 fuel and just tank damage and absorb health.

Is it still the daily ops to get ammo/fuel akimbo, as I tried that but didn't seem to get as much fuel dropping as I was using on mobs :s (Or it's just me, and I'm doing something terribly wrong!)

@@tonyosborne666 the alien invaders event ever hour is the best way to farm fuel, just lightly spray the aliens, and make sure to hit every enemy and they all drop fuel, then just collect all from all corpses and you'll be swimming in fuel

Why charisma legendary? It doesn’t count towards perk sharing number so I don’t use it. I also skip endurance because it applies every time I join and messes up my rads

Just a quick note, Electric Absorption is AWESOME when doing the Invaders! event as it basically makes you untouchable as 99% of the incoming damage is energy :) Easy to solo this with the perk, get it as high as you can I'm currently at rank 3 and it's so amazing and also a good way to refill your Fusion Cores :P

The sprinting perk that stops core consumption from sprinting was a game changer for me is the rank 1 enough to sustain a core or does it need other perks to make it last?

@@arvizoh Depends if you have the Fusion Core Recharger CAMP item, easy way to keep your Cores topped up. But Electric Absorption recharges Cores from energy damage VERY quickly. So Rank 1 is basically enough.

Am I missing something regarding Exterminator/Glow Sight in the endgame build? Neither of those seem particularly worth the points, is 6 perception important for some reason?

Since i use a gatling gun i have the following question. I use a TS/E Gatling Gun. Scrapper doesnt have to be in all the time so thats one point saved. Then remove Gunsmith and bring first aid down a level. Then i have 5 slots for demolition expert. Wouldnt that work too when going for an explo build?

Yeah with TSE I'd do that and switch One Gun Army for Luck of the Draw. Eventually you'll kill most things so quickly that staggering/crippling with OGA doesn't really have time to proc. If you find you're not using stimpaks often then get rid of First Aid entirely and get a few points in Gunsmith. I run a similar build and never need to repair weapons or heal using stimpaks. If you can get a VE weapon instead of TSE you'll have even less need for the stimpaks/healing perks.

I have questions, its possibile to craft and sell White Raider Gas Mask ? Its Item from season one and not avinable from support

Is it possible to do the build without power armor? For some reason, every time I try to use a power armor station, it glitches my game to where I can’t use the interact button or fast travel. Also, when getting in / out of power armor, it sometimes freezes my toon where I can only see the inside of the helmet. It’s so frustrating but it seems after an internet search that I’m not alone with these issues. I would love to run a PA build, but can’t due to these bugs.

I would want to use a different legendary special other than charisma because it doesn’t count towards your shared perk. Would be better to use say agility and just transfer the extra points to charisma.

i really like playing with heavy guns, too bad i dont like power armor so i cant use the stabilize perk.

Using hellcat at the moment rolled every piece legendary on mutant’s.currently at 360 stamps of the 770 for the union pa🤣
