yeah she had trash clean bathroom...why would you want or let your seven year old arohnd nasty toilet germs and chemicals...

ThTs why the show was special they all really wanted to be there and saw it as a blessing

Making your bed and feeding your pet is fine at 7 years old, but cleaning the bathroom and cleaning the living room is excessive. That's way too much!

That stepmother was doing TOO MUCH...over stepping your boundaries ..sheesh, 5 chores a day to play video games?? He is 7 yr old..not 17.. Let the kid be a kid, If that was actually her child, she wouldn't be making him do 5 chores a day...when she herself probably don't clean as much as she makes the stepchild clean...smh Thank God for his DAD who actually gives him a break..

Exactly what I was thinking! It’s not her place and it’s especially alarming that she’s saying his father is not in agreement with the chores and thinks it’s too much . A step parent should never try and parent a child more then their actual parent, and should always discuss anything they do regarding the child with the biological parents first .

This Step mom lady is MEAN, like why would you do this to a 7 year old? Where is his mother

Instilling rules and structure isnt mean. Even in kindergarten some had chores to do to earn free time. She just had too many on that list. Taking out the trash and vacuuming should be a teens chore though.

​@minilea144 agreed, vacuuming is definitely not a 7 year Olds chore, a stamdard vacuum itself is typically as big as they are 😂. I feel like this lady would be less strict with her own kid but maybe that's a bias

I don’t know their family dynamic exactly and if the biological mother is in the picture or not , but it is not her place to discipline or to assign responsibilities . Especially when she’s saying his father is not on the same page with it and thinks it’s too much . She needs to not take it upon herself to do these things without his approval before hand .

@@javiyepiz every child needs discipline and responsibilities no matter who from. I'm not so concerned that it's not her kid. I'm more concerned about the types of chores he's doing. Like I said before, taking out the trash and vacuuming is a teens job, not a seven year olds.
