I agree! Jo and Al are so great with the brides. A lot of times the brides are down on themselves because of their size but Jo and Al have a way of making them see how beautiful they really are.

That sister is not on her sister's side. Especially since Melissa tried on 60 dresses and finally finds one she loves. She c 33:15 ould be more supportive. College courses in fashion, does not make a fashion expert.

I agree with Pennylehrer - Melissa's sister is not honest, she's manipulating - The 2nd dress is beautiful, but the 1st dress she loved - Her sister should have supported her - You can be honest and supportive

It's like she wants her sister to be as miserable and sour faced as she is, maybe she can't find a husband and is jealous - that's the behaviour she has...

Al has the sweetest way of telling Gemma not to overeat any more before the wedding. I wish I had her lovely way of talking to people.

This society have to stop ripping off the confidence of these beautiful women! 💗

Melissa is beautiful, and just because her sister is in fashion doesn't mean she has the right sense of fashion for Melissa. Isn't there a designer that you love, and another you hate?

True...I was going to say, just because her sister did fashion at college/uni doesn't necessarily mean she has any 'bridal fashion sense'!!!

When she said - I've never been put first... and he puts me first. I really felt that. It doesn't matter what size you are, what you look like, how popular you are, or not... when you don't feel important, even from your family, when you do get that respect and feeling of importance in a relationship, it's the best feeling in the world... to have someone love you as much as you love them, to feel like what you have to say is important, is to me, the ultimate partner.

We want the show to come back! Please. I’ll try to find their new show and watch it but still wish this would come back. We love them and we love watching these beautiful women getting the dress of their dreams.

The 'fashion expert' sister has a very high opinion of herself considering she doesn't look anything special herself. That blouse she has on is horrible! I think it was awful the way she tarnished her sister's moment of finding a dress she loved by finding fault with it. When she said "do you want me to lie?" I think the other two were thinking "no but you could have kept your mouth shut".

I thought the same! She did fashion at college... doesn't make her an expert by any stretch of the means! She either likes being the centre of attention or perhaps doesn't feel that she's particularly gifted at anything else, so latches onto the one thing she has found an interest in. She's masking it as 'love' and not wanting her sister to look bad on the day, when in actual fact I think she just enjoys the attention, and probably feels that her sister overshadows her in normal day-to-day life, and took this moment back for herself almost?

Bless them all, especially seeing your ex husband Stuart marrying his new wife Claire. This was years ago now, 2017 (?) ( we married in 2005) so many moons have past. Peace, love and light to anyone who gets the random KZread suggestion that just momentarily knocks the stuffing out of them when you least expect it to. ❤

The dress of the Steampunk bride would be amazing with a Victorian corset with gears, or a Victorian hat with a veil and gears. Jo and Al did pretty well considering they don't know what Steampunk is.

I agree, this the best of the shows. I love these ladies who put their all into making their clients feel like a million dollars! Their great attitude says it all. I'm just as happy as the brides are when they choose a dress.

Jessica is jealous that her sister is about to marry a man who loves her just the way she is and thinks she's beautiful. That's something that will never happen to Jessica unless she changes her attitude toward life. She is very judgemental and that isn't attractive.

It's too bad that Jo and Al are apparently no longer friends. They did go on to host The Big Clean, where they cleaned rich people's houses, after Al had weight loss surgery and lost a lot of weight. Jo continued to be involved in the shop

Marilyn was nowhere near a size 18. Between 10 and 12, even lower in today's dress sizes. A very petite woman, who was never overweight. I couldn't care less about size, but it's a fallacy that she was 'plus size'. In her thirties she lost even more weight after gall bladder surgery.

Sister Jessica should have been left at home. Yikes. The friend is so immediately supportive. "I love it, I really love it." Meanwhile, Jessica is giving a sour look. The poor mum doesn't know what to do. Jessica seems like a lot to handle.

Poor Melissa. She looked beautiful in that first dress. Her sister was a little mean after Melissa said she loved it. The sister could have said that she looked nice but would like to see another for a comparison. The sister just wanted to take away her joy because she is envious about something with Melissa. I dont want to lie? Once the sister was called out, she tried to hide it. Sad.
