What happened to Alnot working at the store?

I watch every episode of Jo and Al over and over again! Whether they’re on KZread or public channels. I’m sure I’ve left messages before but I can’t help it, these two women are gods gift to brides and larger women everywhere!

I love that Jo and Al still get a teary despite all the weddings they've done, those brides looked so beautiful and their dresses complimented each other well despite neither seeing the other prior

I ABSOLUTELY love these two fabulous ladies. I wish you were in New York, USA! You both don't just provide outstandingly beautiful wedding dresses, but you provide such love, comfort, and warmth for your brides spirit.

Love the mother who worked so hard to give her daughter the perfect dress. I look up to the selfless people like that. Amazing!

"When you see that glow, then you know" Jo and Al should have those word up on their walls, that is one heck of a slogan !!

Who ever is in charge of this show it needs to bring it back, I watch every episode and I truly enjoy the way they truly care for everyone who they come in touch with , to them everyone of the ladys who walk to their doors make then feel so special no mater what the circumstances are, awesome two lady's. JO and AL love them to pieces. Biggest hearts ever❤

I love these two. Please bring them back.

Oh man, I love the curvy brides boutique episodes but this one hits home for me.

The 1st bride was really beautiful! Havent finished the rest of the episode but I had to say it!

More different abilities please! The tricky need solving alone is a tremendous skill that’s thrilling to watch.

I'm such a brutally honest person that I would have told Laura right in the face that she butchered an otherwise beautiful, perfect dress because she was too stubborn to listen to expert advice. Sorry, that girl had no taste.

I could not believe at her age, that she had her Mother, work long hours to buy her wedding dress, and then ruined it… if she had to paid for it herself, she would not have used a scissors on it, as it was obvious that the lace would look that bad…

It was so beautiful with the mesh. Such a shame.

She destroyed her wedding dress...and why not? She didn't work all hours of the day and night to pay for it.

​@@adwoamk8918 They showed her fitting, not her chosing the dress. It was her dress that her mom already paid for and that had already been altered to fit her... She probably tried on different dresses because picking this one. She just changed her mind months later and decided to ignore what everyone was telling her. I feel bad for her mom

British dress sizes must be way different from in the States, what they are saying is a size 18 there would be size 22 over here. But every bride ends up looking happy and great!

The dress was lovely with the mesh. Shame she took it off. It changed the dress.

The tape worked fine and I got the finished look I wanted and it lasted all night, getting it off was a bit sore though 🙃 x

@krithikas8706 it wasn't spoiled. It looked exactly as I wanted it to on the day and no my Mam isn't a narcissist so didn't feel like I had to wear the dress a way she'd have liked because she'd offered to pay for it. There's no terms and conditions to her buying the dress. 😂

Are the big size wedding dresses much more expensive? I assume they use more fabric, thicker fabric and it tales longer to make them.

As a sewist myself, and without wedding dress experience, I would think that larger dress sizes are not significantly more expensive because, while they do take some extra fabric, the largest share of cost is the labor; and they do not take a significantly greater amount of time to make.

I appreciate that they rarely talk about budget in this version. It can be too much in the Kleinfelds version. This is all about the brides.
