FULL DAY OF EATING // THM Style

Here is a full day of my eating while following the THM(Trim Healthy Mama) style of eating. I've followed this plan, off and on, for at least 6 years and I really enjoy being able to eat all of my favorite foods while still maintaining a healthy weight. It also keeps me off of sugar which makes me feel so much better.

    I try to follow as closely as possible! I have a lot of crossovers these days. My family doesn’t love it as much as I do though and I refuse to cook different meals for dinner so that’s us usually when I go off plan😊

    And S meal is more fat and 10 carbs or under, and E meal is more healthy carbs and 5 grams of fat or under. Anything more than those two guidelines are called a crossover and are still on plan, just not recommended when you are trying to lose weight. I like to call it fuel cycling as well. I usually have an S breakfast because I like cream in my coffee, then I will have an E lunch, wait 3 hours and have an S snack and then an S dinner. I don’t switch fuels until it’s been 3 hours if I’m trying to lose weight😊
