Eat big to get big! Training is important but there are no real gains without proper diet. I realized that after I started following my first meal plan. I found it online, Next Level Diet iirc. For those not liking ‘drinking sand’. Make your shake as follows: -Put desired amount of oats into blender and blend it into oatflower. Pour out the oats into a bowl -Put liquid of choice (I like coconut water) into blender -Add protein powder -Add the peanut or almond butter -Add the oats back in -Add fruit of choice -Add a couple of icecubes and blend. If your blender comes with a stirrer, stir while blending to aerate it. Result will be a thick creamy smoothie. Vanilla protein/peanutbutter/banana is the dream combo for me :)

No matter how hard you train, if your diet is poor you probably won't make any significant progress. And Chris is showing it right there. You can't outtrain a bad diet and I can't emphasize this enough. If you struggle to create a good diet plan for yourself, there are many apps/sites that will do the job and are probably a lot cheaper than hiring a personal trainer. Nextlevel Diet is one of my top picks (used it personally), but I believe there are many more 😀Good luck guys!

Bulking is the only way to put on serious muscle mass, especially if you are natural. I fell into your maingaining trap. I was lean, had energy, felt good, slept enough ( so why would you bulk right? u going to get fat) and i wasted months. Im up 8kg/17.5lbs in 7months on my bulk, got stronger, bigger and still have visible abdominals. So if you are not fat already, Bulking is the only way.

Being yourself, doing the best given the circumstances, and when overwhelmed with balls falling from the air, concentrated only on the next one to juggle up, is helping you perform well. Life is challenging for everyone, each person battling their own wars. I just saw the edit of the last win, and there was a beautiful win on seeing how you can inspire others through your path (it’s not about the goals) making others also enjoy their hard paths. I’m proud of you, you are doing your best. Don’t compare yourself to others but where you where yesterday, and as long as you see you have something learned that you are eager to try test and improve, keep going. The fuel is in you, don’t try to mimic other peoples legacy, say x wins from Arnold or whatever. Just be you, and you will always reach your destiny. Because the path of truth, no matter how Stoney, always takes you to better destination. And truth is unstoppable.

As someone who wants to get into the physique game and starting competitions in the summer…. It’s nice to see just a genuine blue collar kinda dude. You can tell with these videos he’s like “ugh I know I gotta do it but I don’t want to”. He’s not Hollywood and he’s a breath of fresh air and gives blue collar non attention seeking people like myself hope in the industry. Edit: and he burns his bagels like I do like my grandma use to so he’s all good in my book 😂

Nah but seriously, I've been a fan of bodybuilding for maybe 5 years now, but ever since your first Olympia win you've been my favorite bodybuilder by far. I send my girl a pic of you probably once a week asking if I'm there yet. She hates you. But personally dude, you're physique is like the ultimate. I had to come off all anabolics about 14 months ago (their use was messing with my sobriety, probably sounds lame but needles and recovering addicts don't mix) but I'm pretty sure that I'll be 70 years old showing your pictures to my grandkids as what the ultimate male physique is.
