Casey, my man, I gotta say, no bullshit, THANK YOU so much for this. I can't put in words how this interview resonated with me. These news about Brad Fiedel's upcoming project was exhilarating! His words about his creativity process, history, philosophy and motivations hit me deep on a very crucial and personal moment in life. He is absolutely one living legend who has the rare and powerful talent and skills to spark the hunan spirit, I gotta add that your work here on this channel is also extremely inspirational to me. I am extremely happy for this opportunity you had to do this interview and I commend you for the outstanding job you made. Your words about your creative process and self doubt also resonated with me. I am honored to be part of the audience of this channel from the very beginning and I am grateful for the interactions we had (no homo). ;) Anyway, I hope these words don't sound too cheesy and whatnot, I mean they all from the core of my cybernetic heart. Thanks for bringing the best news I had this fateful year. Looking forward to June 24, 2020,, this Wednesday on Soundcloud! lol. I am sure it's gonna be a Magnum Opus from what I've heard and felt. Big hugs, until the next time, in the unwritten future! I hope you and your loved ones are well. Best regards from tho Third World. ;)

Wow man, I'm touched! Thank you so much for the kind words... I'm SO relieved that you liked this! As you just referred to in your comment, this self doubt issue of mine had me concerned that people were going to be disappointed that I didn't spend more time talking Terminator with Mr. Fiedel. I was also concerned that maybe people wouldn't get the joke about me pushing his musical way too hard, and they would just think I was honestly shilling like that. So anyway - I'm super relieved that you enjoyed it! Thank you so much for the kind words, man, and I appreciate SO much that you've supported the show from the start (we've got a long ride ahead of us!) and I hope you and your loved ones are doing well also!

Congratulations on your first major celebrity guest! That was some great stuff. Very interesting and fun. Brad Fiedel looks like a fun and easy-going guy - more than I expected. And you're a fantastic interviewer! 😁 Very good job. BTW, my ex-boyfriend had a stroke and lost the ability to speak for a year and a half, but he could still sing during that time. So yeah, that's a sadly familiar reality for me. Not a topic that gets touched on a lot in works of art/entertainment. I was very surprised when he brought that up, actually, so extra points to Brad Fiedel for that 👍

As you may have caught during the interview, Fiedel didn't even know at the time he first started writing this years ago that that could happen, so that's really cool! Thanks for sharing that, and thank you as always for the very kind words. I'm SO glad you're enjoying the show!

@@Tfor2show Indeed! It was a big surprise for us too; we didn't even know if there was an explanation for it at the time. Took me a while to discover that other similar cases existed, so I totally relate to Brad's journey from suspecting that this was a thing that could happen and confirming that, in fact, it is a thing that happens. I'm always here to enjoy your show 😉 Will be waiting for the next episode, and rewatching some old episodes in the meantime 😛

Ah, no worries, man! It's not sad at all. Think about this: there are literally hundreds of KZread channels that cover Marvel and Star Wars stuff. So none of them can have all the viewers... they kinda have to share, because there are too many of those types of channels that no Marvel or Star Wars fan can watch them all. But what you're looking at right here is THE ONLY channel that covers The Terminator and T2 in deep, detailed, episodic form... and both of these films are still deeply beloved by millions of people! That's why there's still so much Terminator merchandise produced to this day. And, keep in mind that I've only put out 14 episodes. Over 800 subscribers is pretty good for 14 videos, right? So I'm happy with my progress. Growing every day! And glad to have you along for the ride! 😎👍🏼

I'll NEVER eat again, I promise! :) Seems like a good guy. I love when he said the religion in his household wasn't God, but creativity. That's the way to go. I'll bet the live show in Japan WAS great. I already want to go to Japan, but I'd go all the way to Japan just for THAT. The dynamic, powerful percussion, the fact that they take their craft seriously, I'd be leaving that venue with tears of awe or end up wetting myself, or BOTH. @@Tfor2show Haha Thanks, I'm flattened. :) But yes, I love Terminator, love the humor, and spotlighting a very important, and often, overlooked element to a movie or figure line is an added bonus. The designer for the vintage Star Wars figures did an interview with Junkman (which is how I became aware of this channel, through the comments section), likewise, I thought it was great that you were able to secure an interview with the composer for T2.
