He did what every team management does. They try to assemble the best team. That doesn't mean squat once everything is assembled. Jordan pushed the entire team to it's limits and then some. He got better and better every year and drug the rest of the team behind him. If he wasn't the killer that he was and if he didn't sacrifice himself for the team they would just be like all the rest of the teams in the 90s. They might have snuck one in there, but not 6.

It's clear that Jerry played a pivotal role in shaping one of the most iconic teams in NBA history, and his contributions to the Chicago Bulls and the world of basketball are significant. At the same time, I understand that fans have strong feelings about the decisions made regarding the breakup of the championship team. Sports, at its core, is driven by passion, and sometimes this passion is expressed in ways that can be hurtful. It's important to remember the human element in these situations and the impact our actions and words can have on individuals, especially in emotionally charged environments. While we honor and celebrate the achievements, it's also crucial to navigate our expressions of disappointment or disagreement with kindness and consideration for the feelings of others, especially those who are personally connected to the history we cherish and debate.

The fact is that sooner or later, the team would've been broken up. It would have been great to go for 7, but then fans would be screaming for 8. No matter what, the fans were going to be upset when this team was gone. When you see a team as dominant as they were, you never want it to stop.

I mean it was hard to even make it to the finals those years.. it wasn't as easy as it is today to make it to the playoffs or the finals..the game today consist of scoring.
