FULL Change of Speeds Workout with Coleman Ayers
Спорт
Being able to alternate putting your foot on the gas and brake as a ball handler in basketball is one of the most important skills to develop. This workout covered many components of just that.

I’m from the UK so I can’t say soccer but I love how you integrated football into the warmup👌🏾 Can’t believe you missed an open goal though 😂
You’ve made me so much better and Ian ever met you a day in my life. Crazyyyy

Bro! I'm so happy I stumbled across your channel. The way the drills build on one another is seamless. It looks like one BIG drill. You're challenging your players to react and not overthink, which is huge. Also, I like how your guys are making mistakes. That's how it should be or why else would they be training. Keep grinding.
most underrated basketball trainer
Crazy how the drills build up and all of it makes sense at the end. I've honestly learned a lot from your videos, it's just crazy
Somethin about good training vids that just make you wanna go grab your ball and hit the court... 🔥🔥🔥

awesome workout thanks for sharing
This is 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
The pace of an offense (all the players involved) is also very important. Explosiveness is a key, so you can work slowly and then boom -- lightning from a clear blue sky. A moving dynamic offense can be difficult for some defenses (probably less so at the pro level), but also requires good passing, screening, and teamwork in general and can be very effective against a defense that can't keep up, gets screened off or confused. Sometimes it's also a matter of having rookies or people who haven't played together. They need to start slow and learn to work together. Watch the Dream Team playing in the Olympics. They often started a play slowly and then pass, catch, shoot like lightning. Having a good high post or any outside shooter who can pass to cutters is helpful.
Thanks bro bighelp💯💯💯
I never thought of doing that without a ball change speed that why i I'm a student of the game because it always changed an evolving I'm added this to my speed work out

15:35 Damnnnn bro!
Why do you only use the 1-2 footwork in this drill and not the hop or jumpstop?
Great work
🇧🇷
Can you talk about hand placement on the ball. Ive seen a binch of vids on it but there arent any vids about hand placement during game speed.

Having American basketball players try to play soccer sounds exactly like how you'd produce an injury
First
reducing injury!??!!? - I would step and that ball and break my knee :)
reducing injury, huh?
Anyone got dizzy watching the video? I did.
content is really good. but the cameraman needs to learn some lesson too. Its too shakily. Can't really see properly what the guys are doing.

some of these dudes are just bums. You are getting quality instruction and they are just half-assing it. It's hard to find people that are just enthusiastic about learning.
