Bro! I'm so happy I stumbled across your channel. The way the drills build on one another is seamless. It looks like one BIG drill. You're challenging your players to react and not overthink, which is huge. Also, I like how your guys are making mistakes. That's how it should be or why else would they be training. Keep grinding.

The pace of an offense (all the players involved) is also very important. Explosiveness is a key, so you can work slowly and then boom -- lightning from a clear blue sky. A moving dynamic offense can be difficult for some defenses (probably less so at the pro level), but also requires good passing, screening, and teamwork in general and can be very effective against a defense that can't keep up, gets screened off or confused. Sometimes it's also a matter of having rookies or people who haven't played together. They need to start slow and learn to work together. Watch the Dream Team playing in the Olympics. They often started a play slowly and then pass, catch, shoot like lightning. Having a good high post or any outside shooter who can pass to cutters is helpful.
