Wow, haven't done this video in over a year, still one of my favorites and I will add back into my routine!
Absolutely love your style, flow, tone of voice, and overall lightness. I felt tense when settling into bed and now I feel completely relaxed. Love Peanut also, he is so Zen!

That was a nice treat. I don’t often take the time to do a full stretch. Peanut was cracking me up with all of her snorting.
Knowing that I'll be walking a lot today, and feeling sore from this week's workouts, I thought I'd try this Relax and Restore routine. It was absolutely perfect--just what I needed for my aching muscles! Thank you, Jessica, for providing some less intense yoga workouts.

I absolutely love this! It's the only full body stretch routine that I've found online that leaves me feeling so good. It's like a massage for every part of the body.
Exactly what I needed this morning. I had all of this soreness and tension on my right side and it really helped!

I loved this workout today! It was the perfect balance between challenge and relaxation. In an attempt to keep my chronic back pain in check, I've decided that I just have to include yoga in my workouts a couple of times a week instead of just alternating between cardio and strength. This one is perfect for me! Thank you!!!

did this tonight---spent a long day in front of the computer today and this was exactly what I needed. I tried to do some of the back stretches that you shared in an earlier video, while I was working, but I still needed something more --perfect.

Day 7 completed. My 11 & 5 year old did this together. The 5 year old stopped halfway but my 11 year old loved it! She is so inspired that she wants her school to have a yoga/stretches at her school right after their zumba class. Thank you Jessica :)

Jessica this was such a great stretch video - on day 7, week 3 of spring ahead challenge. Boy did my body need this today! I may come back to this later today or try another one of your stretch videos later, it just felt that good. Like the others below, I too feel really ready for tomorrow's workout!

Last day of boot camp! I missed a few days at the end of this week so I subbed in Cardio Barefoot Flow, which I loved and was more challenging than I thought it would be.

Thank you for this workout Jessica. I feel my muscles were restored. And I love the stretching part. I'm so happy that I've completed the 2 weeks boot camp. I can't believe that it's over. The times I was struggling, ( esp the ballet thing ), still seem fresh. But so excited for next week. I can't contain myself. I don't know. That's what I'm feeling!! Anyway, see you again.

Just what I needed after a long busy day at the office. Due to to many people and too short worplaces I worked some hours at a normal chair, so really needed a good stretch!
