    Thanks for these workouts Taylor. My physical therapist has me doing the clams shells to strengthen my lower body due to my foot problem. More of these please .By the way this was a burner 🔥🔥🔥 . I still do the modified options which is great that you provide for us, I appreciate that. 💯👍🙂
