@@adidasaddict clearly not but that's how the manufacturers see it, more expense! I owned the xt20 and I now own the xt20 and I'm not a pro and yes it would be nice to have weather sealing in all of them but then the price would go up

@@LokkieF Well it would be pretty cool if it had autofocus that's faster than a turtle moving backwards. Also: eye AF would be heaven. So to conclude: the advances made in the X-T3 and X-T30, in the package of the X100 series.

which is better as a first camera? Sony a6400 or Fuji X-T30? I plan to use the HDMI output recording for long hours of streaming/recording. I love the X-T30 having no rolling shutter but I am worried it would not be able to do long external recording sessions (overheating or camera shutting down on its own). any advice?

Can someone please help me.. Can't decide on a vlogging/YT camera. Initially set on the Canon 80D, now I'm all mirrorless mirror babies like the Rugrats, was going to go A6500, then a guy named Matti said check this one out. I'm so confused! 6400 seemed like the one to go with but that IBIS thing was problematic and bad battery life etc. There are ways to get around the stupid flip screen issue but that adds bulk etc. I just want a good all around camera for taking pics, doing stationary YT videos and of course B Roll and some Vlogging for other types of stuff. Thanks!

WoW. Looks amazing. For the same price that the X-T3 you can have the X-T30 plus the Ninja V and have beautiful 4k 30p 10bit 4:2:2

And oversampled 6K-->4K instead of the line-skipping in the old X-T20. &Actually better bitrates (+DCI) than Panasonic's new S series! (though, yes, there'll be an S1S eventually - but not yet!) Also USB-C has a headphone adaptor for monitoring :)

When you go with an external monitor like that, are you still limited to 10 minutes per clip?

Really love the new space grey colour tone, now I wish I had my x-t3 came in this cloud too, mine's in silver :)

It looks that Fujifilm has got beautiful colours! And it's light (though I'm sure the pocket of my winter coat would be torn again if I squeezed the camera in it. lol) but I'll add that to my want-to-buy list. The lighter, the cheaper, the better for me. Megapixels matter also. :)

If only for photos, would T-X2 be better ? I mean the price only for body has gone down a lot I can get one here for 650 or even 600 euro (USED). It sounds like a great deal..

I'm glad I got the X-T3 before this came out being a Sony user or else I would've been tempted. I'm only glad I got the X-T3 as my first Fuji because its the total package aside from some little flaws here and there

Virtually a mini X-T3 minus the 4K-60p and a few other things. Much better AF system than the XT3, but I'm sure they will improve that in a future firmware update. Good pricing on this cam! God bless yall!

The lenses seem quite a bit smaller on the Fuji and also somewhat less expensive than sonys too.

@@PhotoBob it will be great, if it just improves the current xh1 I think it's possible that Fuji will be that ultimate apsc system. I guess Sony might have a pro body update to the a6500 but their apsc lenses just don't excite me that much. I do want Fuji to update their older 1.4 primes with WR and quiet video AF

I personally own a D500 and a D800 but for Travel, I would like to travel light for holidays (small mirrorless camera but also small lenses), so I am considering buying a Fuji XT-30 presented in this video. Do you think these lenses are good choices (with the 16mm F1,4, 35mm F2, and the 50mm F2)? Also, I wonder if I best buy an XT-3 instead of the XT-30 and sell my current Nikon D500 and my DX Nikon lenses that I use for sport and wildlife. Will the XT-3 be small enough for my travel wishes (VS the XT-30) and especially will the XT-3 be good enough VS my D500 with 3D tracking and some f2,8 sports lenses for sport and actions shooting? Is it better to keep my D500 for sports and buy the XT-30 for travel and landscape or should I sell the D500 and get the XT-3 and do both travel and sport with it?

I think it's a nice camera for the price! I would definitely consider getting one with the 18-55mm f/2.8-4.

Looks like a great camera. But as a casual video guy, I won't consider it -- or any other camera like it. Years ago I sold *every* camera I owned, and every camera since is judged by a central criteria ... will I use it? My 8x10 view camera was great for quality, but a royal pain in the ass. Even my 35mm cameras -- with accessories -- were too much to lug around. Cameras are *so* good today (hairsplitting notwithstanding) -- I can rightfully demand a general purpose product that fits inside my shirt pocket ...no extra lenses, no power packs, no external monitors. My drone offers 4k/60p. My GoPro has 4k/60p, and like my 1080/60p camcorder, I am waiting for a truly portable pocket-sized 4k/60p camcorder.

I have a Panasonic GH5 and love it but I love the X-T30's image quality more, but I had a go with the X-T30 and didn't like how small it is, the fact it doesn't have as many buttons for quick access to functions and I hated the buttons being so small. I nearly dropped it in the shop because of the reasonably flat oldskool camera kind of shape. I guess I love the GH5 shape and menus and loads of buttons, I so badly wanted to like the X-T30 but I don't.

It's missing a much-needed fully articulated LCD! Why is Fujifilm doing this? I'll have to keep my X100S and a separate video shooter (for vblogging) until the X-T40 is released in about 3 to 4 years...Sigh!

It's about time Fuji stepped it up and gave us a fully articulated screen. I won't be buying another body from them until they get this right. IMO, EVERY current body should be including this these days.

With the x-t30, is it possible to assign one button to "rec mode"? It is absurd to not have this possibility (X-T2 /3 and X-T20...)
