Forgot to mention the very first step of removing the hose from the dripless shaft to the gear oil cooler. I removed it at gear cooler and suspended the end of the hose above the waterline with rope. Also at one point i referred to a oil filter but meant the on engine fuel filter!

great video! have you had any problems using this hose? I noticed that they are selling the 250-1340 now with the kit vs the 200-1340 (non wire)

Have not had any issues but appreciate the info. The house is easy to remove so i will investigate the one you mentioned. My mechanic was concerned about the reduction, however seaboard stands by this as fine.
