Great video.. I was looking at the new location of the fuel supply line fitting installed in video to the take up pump. After actually looking at it on my boat it will be going right in front of the RWP impeller which I thought this was supposed to eliminate and make it easier to replace.

Hmmm. It is in the general vicinity, but we haven't had any complaints that it makes it harder to change the impeller.

Great Video - Thank you. Question: I also have a mechanical Pressure gauge (sbmar Kit) hooked to the block. Would it make sense to attach that to the oil line that fed the block in place of the small brass cap?

in order to change the impeller you have to remove the fuel cooler every time. for those of us that don't need a fuel cooler it's worth getting rid of...

What type of fuel line connects to the fuel return fittings?

You had to use a 9/16, 11/16, 13/16, 15/16, 7/8 and a 3/4. I wish manufacturer engineers who use less sizes -over spec if you have to eliminate a size or two or three...make the job easier since the real work is not done on a bench or platform but in a small hole of a work area...

Not sure about removing for all HP ratings as fuel temp becomes quite critical at higher HP applications ?

In the video and pictures on your website at the end it just shows the fuel line not connected to anything. Do you re-use one of the existing lines to connect the 2 exposed barbed fittings?

The supply and return connect to the tank in the boat. You need to make those lines up custom on the boat and make sure you have fuel filtration on the supply line as well.

The high number of potential failure points outweigh the benefits by far. The real question for most is why not remove the fuel cooler?

Besides less failure points, it makes impeller changes a lot easier. If you lose an impeller offshore you will be glad those hoses are out of the way while pitching around in a hot engine bay. That was not supposed to rhyme lol
