2.7L/100km on average on a 40 km track ! That's inspiring, thanks to share.

In this video engine light is on because engine is not running yet. As you can see also the battery symbol is on also. I don't have this car anymore because I traded this for Toyota Auris Hybrid 2011 which is better car for short trips and city driving. I owned Polo about 2,5 years and after 2 years and 44 000 km of owning it there came that engine light to display during driving. When I take it to dealer they analyzed with OBD2-reader that EGR -valve was blocked, SAE-code: P040500,(Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor A Circuit Low). So VW-dealer had to change EGR-valve and integrated Cooler from engine.

With that tyre pressure it's real miracle that you didn't took of motorway right into the sky. o.O

Normally 3.5 bar (=350 kPa = 51 psi) is maximum recommended tyre pressure what is stated to the side wall of this size of tyre (R15,185/60). Of course there is also safety marginal included to that one. A sticker in the fuel flap lists the manufacturer's recommended inflation pressures and they really are for 2,6/2,4 bar for not fully loaded car and 2,6/2,6 bar for rear heavy car.

Not sure if it's switched up in American cars, but mine (right hand drive) is on the wipers control thing at the end of the control.

Hi, I'm Juan-Paul, I recently bought me a pre-owned 2011 VW Polo Bluemotion 1.2 TDI. I see your engine light is on. My also keeps going on and then off. Have you fixed it? Do you know what the problem was. VW struggling to get the light off. Every time they fix something and then a day or two after the light just goes on again and then it's a different problem, that's why I'm asking. Thanks!

Hi ! Got a 1.2l petrol 9n1, and I also had the CEL on, as all my friends that own Polo. This is caused by under-rev'd driving. Check your optimal RPM for the engine, and stick to it as much as posible. My engine has the optimal rpm at 3200, so I keep it as close to that as posible. best power, best consumption, and the healthiest rpm for the engine !

I seriously doubt that even 2,6/2,4 is recommended, that is A LOT unless you're on 19" wheels or something.
