Frozen shoulders can naturally get better on their own over 2 years. Stretches should be slow, gentle and gradual.

I had shoulder surgery on December 28th and 6 weeks later the frozen shoulder started and now 7+ weeks later my range of motion is limited despite PT...Doc started me on oral steroids to reduce inflammation and may need a steroid injection directly into shoulder. The pain has been very challenging and sleeping has become a problem

Just curious to know if you are diabetic, have a thyroid issue, have Dupuytren's contracture or of Northern European decent? Those are all risk factors. I just had a patient who just had shoulder surgery and we knew she would be tight so I started her 3 days after surgery with a good progression. Good luck!
