    Very helpful! I changed gyms and lost the safety bar so I had to switch to front squats because of mobility issues. It felt initially felt really awkward and uncomfortable but this helped especially as I moved up in weight.

    Thanks I tried the regular clean grip and I don't think I have enough flexibility in my arms to point my elbows all the way. I'm trying this next leg day. Thanks again

    Of course. Sometimes just practicing the clean grip position can really help to stretch things out. It's good for a warm up before you start to push the weight. Enjoy your training!

    If you have a camera I would recommend you video tape yourself from the side you may be dropping your chest or your back angle maybe shifting forward which can cause you to actually have the bar roll forward.
