What is the carry over from front to back squat. Like what would a 135lb front squat transfer to a back squat?

I think you’ll have to experiment with that. Your ability to keep your upper body vertical and maintain bar position will make a difference, along with a dozen other things.

Probably around 185 depends if do high bar or low bar

I wish my wrists were more tolerant of the clean grip. It’s what I use, but my aging wrists disapprove. 😄
excellent technique demonstation..I don't see people doing this at my gym..wish they play this video on there 20 TV's so people can see the mechanics of the front squat. Had someone ask me how are your elbows and shoulders so flexible..I laughed and told them "I don't benchpress every other day".
Should we breathe into abdomen or lungs? Because for Olympic lifting i learnt to breathe into abdomen so, is it lungs here?

That can be a struggle. Some people use a cross-arm grip on front squats. The clean grip is the best for me, but it’s a bit painful.
Exemplary.
Elbows are a node, not a line, how can they be parallel to anything?! In this demonstration nothing in the arms was parallel to anything! What does it mean
