FRONT SQUAT machine explained

The front squat machine is safer for people who are learning to squat correctly.
These machines are equipped with mechanisms that prevent the weight from falling on the lifter, and the guided path of the bar provides less room for technical errors that could lead to injury.
Brilliant machine for increasing muscle mass in the lower body;
They do this by working the quadriceps (quads), glutes, hips, and hamstrings.
If your goal is to build the perfect glutes, front squats can help with that too.
They also help strengthen the spinal erectors.
1. Feet/knees are hip width apart for stabilisation and control
3. Engaged core and glutes
4. Lower slowly, hinging at the hips and pressing glutes back
5. CORE ENGAGED
6. Elevate slowly, pressing heels firmly down and engaging glutes

    If ypu have a purpose to pump your glute - it is your movement.But, it is not for your quads loading shifted position.

    I am working my glutes primarily. Hamstrings and quads are working too. And Im engaging my core hard :)

    You should wear flat shoes when it’s leg day just so you’re not rocking your feet back and forth.

    GREAT TIP. Personally, I usually perform many exercises without shoes on. But for the demo's I basically just want to give the movement pattern and breath work technique... Not many beginners (or even intermediates) trying these new exercises would be interested in taking their shoes off... most are just happy to be taking that first step doing something, so I don't want to scare them off :)
