Wow mechanics with no gloves on you men are beasts,throwbacks for sure!!! I love it!!!
Great vid, would be even better if you had the torque specs for all the bolts! I would definitely appreciate it -- maybe link that in the vid description?
Informative. I would advise eye ware when grinding.

Saving my penny's will have you do my 98 e350 7.3 mobile concepts van...... my buddy talked to you at overland" the security gaurd" in flaggstaff this year
Nice job god bless
Rad!! Do you have the 6 inch Grocery Getter for 3rd gen Ford in stock?
This Suspension looks just like a 2wd 06 f350. Would this setup work?
I realize it would cost more money but could you replace the shock and spring with something like a Fox or King coil-over (it would obviously need some custom brackets) and then use the old shock location for a hydraulic bump stop?

I'm loving the kit!...but what did you do with the sway bar?
@WeldtecDesigns

Put it in the trash can!
Is this where i should start?
Is the install for the 3rd gen "brick nose" suspension lift you offer the same as this one? Also would the weldtec control arms and 6" I beams work with a shorter coil (3-4" lift) when it comes to front end alignment? Im trying to lift a 91 e150 conversion van but I think the 6" coil might be too much for my wheelchair lift.

you could do the Octillo Cruiser lift kit which is 4"lift . Give us a call to discuss all your options.
Hola soy de argentina, levanté mí Econoline y ahora tengo problemas para alinear ya que la barra de dirección quedaron cruzadas , cómo se puede solucionar eso?... ayuda por favor
Does this kit get rid of the stock Sway Bars? I did not see them get re-installed.

Yes typically we do not put them back on however we do offer a kit to keep them.

At 13:30 you say that "This is going to point forward" Can I ask...what is that thing anyway? What is it called and what does it do?

A lifting point to change your tire? I really don't know... any one else have a guess?
Did you weld the bracket all the way around and the bottom?
@WeldtecDesigns

No, not on the inside of the frame.
is it ok to jack it up from the i beam? i dont want to cause any damage
@WeldtecDesigns

Yes you can lift it by the I beam.
What is the deal with the bent I-beams. Mine are stamped 'Do not bend'. Are you using OEM Ford Beams and then somehow bend them or are these custom made? I saw 'Ford' in the casting on your beams.

Hmm Very good question...I'll be interested to see if and what weldtec answers, because if they are Heating and bending factory i-beams that's a no-no

@@midwest9757 Yes, it's an important detail.
Anyone have the torque specs for the radius arms to frame and I beams to frame? Can’t find anything on this online.
On my 01' 7.3 i'm in the middle of an install right now. It turns out the mounting/guard plate for my fuel filter and diesel lines on the driver side frame rail are right in the way for mounting trailing arm bracket. Has anyone solved this problem yet? i have a few ideas to get around it but i'm open to hearing others ideas here.

I ran into this same thing! Bent the bracket 90 degrees, drilled and tapped the inside of the frame and used the same hardware to mount! Very late but hope it could help someone else!
But you never cover the sway bar install, for the upgrade, i feel swindled
